I like your automated system that guides me through all options associated with cellulose shades (color selection, windows size, amount of light filtering). It was nice to be able to receive samples. I was informed that most blinds have the adjustment wand on the left side. I needed the wand on the right side. Select blinds was able to accommodate my application.
Many fabric options; better quality. Fabric is too heavy to be hung as shade with adhesive and should not be used for roman shades.
The shopping on line was user friendly. Not very happy with the outcome after received. The blinds don't lay as flat as I would like and they do not foster complete room darkening when closed. Thank you very much

Shauna, the design specialist, was knowledgeable and made sure that we requested and received the samples, measurements are correctly made and that we were given the best price for the Shades we selected. They were 3 to 4 times less expensive than the other similar motorized shades we explored. Three year warranty was very reassuring and reflects the confidence SelectBlinds has in its products.
The shades were made and shipped reasonably rapidly (less than 10 days). The instructions and videos for the installation were clear and they were easy to install. Customer service was excellent and solved two issues we had after the installation.
Overall, excellent design help, more than reasonable price structure, speedy manufacture and shipping, and prompt and knowledgeable after- sale service makes choosing SelectBlinds shades a no brainer.
The blinds are so nice and a quick turnaround for delivery! Highly recommend SelectBlinds!
Blinds came as ordered and fit well. Customer service was great with helping find the right color. Some of the hardware was not included in my recent order and 3 of the blinds only stay up half of the time. Will be contacting them.

I received were not what I expected. I thought sashes came with them. And I thought that they were blackout to keep the Sun out. None of this is true. My blinds are hanging. I'm not happy that I see the role. But I guess I have to live with that.

Although it was easy to submit the order and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time, I was really disappointed in the quality and the fact that they placed a yellowy handle on essentially a white-colored blind. It's the yellow color that happens when plastic has aged--exactly what I was trying to eliminate with remodeling the living room. Thought I got rid of yellow plastic until these blinds showed up. It's a small detail, but for some reason, I think it sticks out like a sore thumb. Can't afford to replace as they are for larger windows and it wasn't exactly cheap. Also, the fabric of the blind is so sheer that they look odd and green--maybe it will be better in the winter when there's snow on the ground.

Very easy to enter the custom sizes. It did take two separate requests to receive samples and the shipping was a bit lengthy.
I've had very positive experiences... with the ease of ordering to replacement of a blind. The website is very informative and easy to navigate, even with the replacement blind. The installation of the blinds were simple too. After ordering blinds for my rental, and they looked great, I decided to order some for my home. I ordered 14 more.
We replaced four broken shades that we had purchased from Select Blinds a couple years ago. We couldn't find our purchase dates. The blinds are sufficient for us.
The blinds did not fit due to the window did not have enough space to hang the blinds. I contacted customer service, they were going send a piece that might help the windows fit. I never received them. I want to send them back I realize I may not be refunded but at lest give me an address to send to maybe someone else can use them

I bought these for our beach house in the Bahamas. I was looking for something that would be easy to install with little, to no tools. Every blind fit perfectly and went in with no problem. My husband and father in-law were very impressed with how easy it was. They look amazing and let the right amount of light in.
I have never bought or installed shades before. I had pre-ordered some samples and measured as per the site guide. Custom size Product was made very quickly and shipped within couple of weeks. I also opted for the remote and wireless hub. They were easy to setup. Tip: charge the batteries fully before installation. Much easier.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
