I've used select blinds several times. The prices don't seem to be as competitive anymore, but they always deliver on target and the free samples are nice.

We ordered two roller blind. We received both. One was fine. However, the second roller shade was not made according to our provided measurements. As soon as we recognized it was too small, we contacted Select Blinds to have a new roller remade. That was toward the end of August. We still have not received the roller blind after contacting Select Blinds (mind you, you can only talk through to Select Blinds chat; no phone number is available 🙄). The person on chat sent a follow-up email from our chat, only for me to discover she wrote the order up wrong, because the email indicated they were replacing the WRONG roller shade.
I had to contact them again and was told delivery would be mid-September. Well, September came and went. Once again, I contacted Select Blinds, and they have since moved the delivery from mid-September to mid-November. I'm not happy. I hope I don't have to chase down this order come November.
I had ordered these to replace a set I had got from another company. When these arrived, I was more than pleased. The color was spot on, easy installation, equal quality, but at a much better price.

Received our blinds, they were very well made, fit as I ordered and worked fantastic!
Very pleased with my purchase. I needed new bedroom blinds that blocked light as well as a blind for my new dining window: would definitely recommend & I would buy again.
There was a wide range of shade options. We ordered some samples which made our choices easier. The instructions for measuring were very helpful. The shades arrived in good shape and were installed in no time.
Help with measuring an added plus but I was confused about inside outside frame. I thought outside meant on wall not on frame. My type of blinds need to be mounted on frame not wall. So I missed measured.

Ordered a few days apart and Got blinds from two different manufacturers. One group was better quality than the other. They were all ok but I was not impressed.
The measurements were perfect and they look great. Would definitely recommend.
FIT guarantee made ordering so much less stressful. We needed to use that guarantee on one of our windows and they could not have made it easier! And the light filtering blinds we got are beautiful.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
