This is a DIY project hence clear and easy to understand installation instructions, especially video tutorials are necessary. I had to spend a lot of time to read and understand the printed instructions that come with the blinds. Instructions are poorly explained and designed. SelectBlinds should provide step by step installation videos.
We have ordered four times for our new home. Each time has been a seamless experience and delivery has always been faster than expected. This, along with the quality, will keep us coming back for all our window coverings.
The entire experience was very good. We made a mistake when we ordered and customer service fixed it before our shades went into production. The shades are exactly as shown on line and look beautiful. Highly recommend Select Blinds.
A variety of "mini's" to choose even tho my window was smaller than usual measurements. It fit perfectly in the window space and easy to install. The blind was delivered in the given time, and we are very pleased with results!

Ordered room darkening cell blinds, hoping they would help insulate the windows. I'm very impressed with how much they have helped keep the cold out. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. This is the second home I have installed them in.
The blinds installed easily. The blinds fit properly and are working as expected. The only issue was the clear plastic clips that are used to help pulled down the shades did not fit properly. Contacted SelectBlinds and replacement plastic were sent. The replacement plastic clips attached easily. I believe the plastic clips that came with the order were the wrong ones. The replacement clips where a different style than the original ones with the order.
I have not had a chance to install them in my new place yet, so that is why I am not able to answer your questions. I will be happy to comment after installation. But you are not helping by sending me repeated messages asking about my experience every day or so!
We first found SelectBlinds we did a laundry room re-model. So, when we needed new blinds for the master bedroom, we naturally turned to SelectBlinds again. The whole process was very easy! Samples were shipped very quickly, and the blinds came out perfectly. I will always use SelectBlinds going forward!
I love ordering from Select Blinds. The web site is easy to navigate and it is wonderful to order samples of colors so I can actually see what the color would look like on my windows. I have top down/bottom up with no cords, in the Lily of the Valley color. My orders have been filled quickly and the blinds fit and look great on my windows. Good job Select Blinds!

Checkout online was a bit difficult trying to find the brand and style i was looking for specifically. Keywords were affecting the search results differently. Shipping was fast, and only one set of blinds out of 8 were damaged.
I'm a returning customer, a couple years ago I ordered blinds for our main level. We needed a replacement on one of our blinds only a month after the warranty timeline passed, but they took great care of us and still honored the warranty! So naturally when we needed to add blinds in our basement, we came right back. We ordered the no-tools needed system and it works like a dream. Easiest install of my life! So simple, GREAT quality products and they fit perfectly. But it's truly the customer service that makes this business. 10/10 would recommend.
I like the blinds and they came fairly quickly. They were easy to install. I had requested they stack to the left as the door goes from right to left for opening, however I find it cumbersome to have the open/closing rod on the far right if I'm only opening the blinds and not drawing them to the left. What's the possibility of having a rod on the left that also opens/closes but doesn't glide the blinds to stack left?
I ordered one set of blinds for my office after outfitting my entire house. These remain excellent and versatile blinds. I'd say their shipping turnaround has improved over the years and the quality is the as good or better!
Plus, they are exceptionally easy to install.
We bought this blind as a replacement for a similar blind after a bathroom remodel. The top down bottom up option works perfectly in this space. We just installed this blind this weekend and couldn't be happier.
My house was built in 1918 and I was worried the measurements I gave them wasn't going to match up, but the fit was perfect and the craftsmanship was beautiful! We couldn't be happier with how they turned out!

The bamboo shades I bought were beautiful! They were packaged well and there wasn't anything missing. They are so easy to install. The only reason I needed help was because of the size they were, 62x52. I would recommend them to anyone.
I purchased an awesome roller shade after doing tons of research, and came to the conclusion that Select Blinds would be the best. The first order that arrived was completely damaged, and missing parts, I contacted SB and they kindly sent me another shade. But that order also arrived damaged, except this time SB was pretty unresponsive to my messages, and have yet to offer any sort of assistance. Hopefully my review will shed light on my experience in hopes that you do not go through what I went through.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
