Ray's blind order

I ordered just one so I could decide if this company was right for me. They returned to me just what I ordered. And the blind is easy to install. I didn't want remote because I have more windows that I plan to order. And didn't want any more remotes.every thing you buy today comes with a remote. My wife and I are very happy with our Blind. I will be possibly ordering the rest of the blinds in the near future with this company

So easy to install and beautiful. My only critique would be that the self lifting mechanisms are a bit hard for wide romans. You have to use two hands at the same time. But overall, I would absolutely place this order again in a heart beat.

Received blinds and expected the color we chose to be on both sides of the blinds. I purchased from them because they promote 100% guaranteed, but customer service refuses to give me want we expected. Shows some fine print that back side of blinds difficult to find says back side is white. And after only a few days, the long blinds we ordered doesn't retract properly, so we basically wasted $174 on these blinds. I will never purchased from them again.

The several reps I spoke with along the way kept appeasing me by saying a couple more days. This was for a replacement charger for remote blinds. It was not a custom product. It took over 30 days to receive it.

The bamboo shades are beautiful, were easy to install, and move up and down easily. We chose the detached blackout liner So that we could have the room darker for sleep but just use the bamboo shades for privacy at other times of day. I'm not sure Wyatt the liner would have been like had it been attached to the bamboo shade but it is absolutely terrible to move up and down. If you just push it by the bottom like you do with the bamboo shade it bunches up and only moves up a small amount at a time. In order to make it look decent I have to pull each fold out at the sides, which takes forever, so many times it ends up just looking awful. It's so disappointing since the bamboo shade itself is lovely. I would recommend that they either fix the mechanism that moves the lining somehow or don't even offer the option of having a detached lining.
