I have had terrible experiences with this company! We had ordered the correct size blinds but received blinds that were to wide to install. We have tried numerous times to get replacements but we are put on hold with no answers. Customer service was deplorable. My wife and I have spent hours trying to deal with the problem with no results!

The blinds we received were cut exactly as we ordered them. The mechanism that lifts and lowers the blinds, since we have cordless blinds works great. The only issue that I have is that the blinds are not woven close enough together and you can see through them almost like you don't have any blinds at all. We have a few more blinds that we're gonna have to order, but I probably will not use this company again. The blinds that we replaced prior to this are better quality.

First let me start off by saying everything was great with my Roman shades. They were easy to install fit just as expected. The actual motorization is nice only problem with that is the battery pack is a pain to get hung and it stay on the actual mount.
The home hub is not linking with my Alexa and it's not showing it to be compatible when I look on line at Amazon. What is other options for the hub.
The shade juts out nearly 3" from the wall, creating a huge gap where light and drafts can come in. I reached out to SelectBlinds several days ago and have heard nothing. Do not buy this shade.

This company has nice products at a reasonable price. They keep in touch well along the way. They are phenomenal in honoring a warranty claim. All my blinds have come from them. Would highly recommend.
I've ordered from Select Blinds before and was pleased again when my order was handled accurately and promptly. Finished product was delivered as expected, and customer service was helpful canceling an initial order in the wrong size. Select Blinds also honored a warranty replacement near the end of the 3-year period.
Blinds arrived with multiple issues and when I tried to follow up on a replacement was shuffled around to multiple people every 2 days, who never helped or answered the issue. They would only say that a lump shade with uneven pleats and not the size I ordered was okay according to their manufacturer. Way to expensive to not receive what I ordered.

My husband did the measuring and installing. He had no problems.
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I followed their website instructions to measure my window space exactly as advised, since they claim to make the shades slightly smaller to ensure a proper fit. When the shade arrived, it was too big and didn't fit into the bracketβcompletely useless.
I reached out to customer service, but instead of addressing the issue, they informed me of a strict no-refund policy. They offered to send a replacement in the same incorrect size, which makes no sense since they already got it wrong once. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't use and no resolution in sight.
This company does not take accountability for their mistakes, and I would caution anyone considering ordering from them. Their measuring instructions are misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful at best. Avoid if you can.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
