Ordering process was fast and easy. Installation was fast and quality good. Have purchased fron select blinds before and will again!
My only complaint is I am missing covers for the roller shade hardware and I called last week and haven't heard back. Would like to have these up for the holidays but have one up and two not because I am waiting to hear back. Overall though the quality is great and the price. So I would use them again.

The wait has been way too long. I had two out of 8 blinds arrive damaged
Everything went pretty well. The blinds fit perfectly and were as described. The one thing thing I would have preferred personally, is to receive all the blinds at once, not on 3 different delivery dates days apart.
We remodeled a bathroom that had a tiny shower and a huge jacuzzi tub. We wanted a large steam shower but unfortunately the only place to put it was where the tub had been. There was a very large window right in the middle of the shower! We didn't want to redo the outside of the house so opted for a window with a textured finish but it was not enough privacy. I found the Black -Out Vinyl No-Drill Roller Shade in the perfect color and it works. It blends right in, provides complete privacy, and was easy to install. (You can install it "backwards" so it unrolls closer to the window for better privacy.) The online tutorial was "okay"….i figured it out but it would have been better with close ups of what was actually being done. It was a great solution for our reno! The price was super reasonable as well.

I have used Select Blinds many times and have always been happy. I do get confused about the numerous choices for what appears to be similar products. And I don't understand why they can't make the blinds pull down evenly instead of having to manually level them. The blinds are well made, they are light and the metal brackets are strong and secure. The blinds sat in San Diego for 5 days before they moved. The total shipping time was 9-10 days.

The measuring process is explained well and all of our blinds have come in the exact right size for our windows. Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
