The shade is absolutely beautiful, it's in the green and white stripe. Couldn't be happier with it, the quality, the size is just right, and it's as beautiful as I had hoped it would be. I think the price seems good for the quality too.

Shades came in good condition, however the largest most expensive one for the Living Room was completely the wrong size. Evidently it is what we ordered. Don't know how it got screwed up.

Once they arrived, the blinds were and are fine. However, when ordering, the website said ships within 5 days. Not quite the same as "you'll receive them within 5 days" but seems reasonable that they'd be there around a week later. After 10 days I call, the response, after 165 minutes on hold waiting (yes, 165 minutes), was "oh, they're in customs, we'll send them once they clear." No offer to expedite, no clue about when they will clear customs, no offer to provide some refund or otherwise try to make it right with me. The blinds arrived the day before my guests did, 20 days after ordering, so I guess I should be grateful I had a small window of time to install them. Completely offputting customer service experience. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the blinds arrived in working order and are themselves fine.

We were ordering blinds for our new windows and were a little worried that the new blinds might not fit correctly. We were pleased when we installed the new blinds, that they fit perfectly, and were very easy to operate. Love the look and the color.
I purchased an awesome roller shade after doing tons of research, and came to the conclusion that Select Blinds would be the best. The first order that arrived was completely damaged, and missing parts, I contacted SB and they kindly sent me another shade. But that order also arrived damaged, except this time SB was pretty unresponsive to my messages, and have yet to offer any sort of assistance. Hopefully my review will shed light on my experience in hopes that you do not go through what I went through.

I purchased 2 hunter green roller shades, and even though all photos and descriptions of what I custom ordered showed the green color being on both sides of the shade, I apparently missed in the very fine print a clause about shades needing to be white on the backside to "follow HOA rules" (…most people don't have HOAs to follow?). The shades are hideous as the stark white color on the back side shows at all times on the exposed roll, which is quite an ugly contrast to my cream walls and the green front side of the shade. I contacted customer service and was "helped" by a very rude woman who argued that the photos I screenshotted from my order that showed the color being on both sides were open to interpretation and apparently I interpreted them wrong… When asked what could be done she mentioned the company's "guarantee" of fixing an order - Yeah, that's a scam. You pay again and often more based on what needs to be "fixed". To summarize their guarantee clause, you eventually might get what you originally tried to order but for double the price or often more. There is no way all these 5 star reviews are real. Just beware as the quality, honestly, and integrity of this company is questionable at best.

Lots of options for shades. Easy to use website. Good periodic sales. Easy installation.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
