J'etais abonné depuis 5 ans. En septembre j'étais en vacances,au moment de la fin de mon abonnement. En rentrant, j'ai voulu me réabonner pour 6 mois. Depuis c'est impossible, sauf pour une semaine. Je l'ai signalé plusieurs fois. A chaque fois c'est une réponse automatique,qui ne signifie rien.

Terrible double talking website business! I received very minimal help and cooperation from customer service! I kept being told the same thing EVERYTIME I FINALLY got ahold of a live agent... " You need to call your bank for assistance" I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND SEGPAY TO ANYONE I KNOW EXCEPT MY ENEMIES!

I had an issue where I requested a refund and the communication was was seamless.I had received my refund in a timely manner.
We are continuously talking to Segpay but none of my problems are getting solved. We even made the UPI payment but still did not get any token. Even after complaining, nothing was done.
Asked rep will money be taken from account when canceling assured me it wouldn't got noticed from my bank of payment being paid!
