Then all I wanted to do was reset my password and username but had to wait for the emails to allow me to do that. And now I am trying to purchase the subscription again and it is telling my it is declined. I know I have money.

Companies are always changing names and merging and it wasn't until I got thr second charge for the same site I realized you were the wrong pay portal. It is with most sites now you have to watch closely or your paying or being directed to a wrong site. Thank you for letting me know this was just a one time charge and not automatic reoccurring.
