I Was supposed to get refund for 1.95$ and still not received the refund.

Very disappointing-
I am receiving a $2.99 charge repeating on my account they don't seem to be able to explain why or what it's for although we have been through several emails back-and-forth they've shared nothing of value as far as determining what this charge is.
I got a confirmation email (twice) of cancellation, but I keep getting charged.
