I've been signed up with secretsales for over 3 years now and find it a really great websites for anyone and everyone. It does amazing deals on clothing's, accessories, homeward, gadgets- you name it. It's definitely a safe website with genuine products and have had no problems on any of my orders.
I have spent so much money on this site - but my savings are unbelievable! Such an exciting way to shop. My main purchases have been to furnish my first home. Lots of quirky things from towels to clocks! Great service. I use on a weekly basis! Best form of Internet shopping and have recommended to all my friends for £10 vouchers!
I have bought a few things from them over the years and whilst they took time to arrive, they were OK. However, my recent experience has been awful. I order some items c 6 weeks ago, their deadline for dispatch is now 2 weeks overdue and I cannot get a response from them as to when the items are likely to be delivered- other than a standard message that they will investigate and come back.
I also asked to cancel the order as it has not been dispatched and was overdue but again, received a response that they 'would investigate whether it is possible to cancel'.
Not sure how this particular incident will end but will never buy from them again.
I love this website soo much i decided to write about it. It has loads of offers that really make a difference on your wallet if your into designer wear, so i can but twice the amount for the same money i would spend on the high street, i also love their loyalty scheme. If your worried about using internet shopping, like i was then speaking to the staff at secret sale, really put my mind at ease.
There are always interesting, quality products to be tempted with. Unlike other 'sales' style discount sites, I really like the selectivity on the products they have on offer. I may find some non-appealing for my own taste or need, but they are never of below par quality. I have found myself some unique buys I would not easy find anywhere else and I also purchase gifts for friends and family. I find the website easy to use and customer experience fantastic. The payments process is simple and streamlined.
This site has so many different products available, I would recommend it to anyone although there is a strong emphasis on fashionable clothing. There is usually a new sale starting most days of the week so some will power is required!
Everyone loves a bargain, so when 'Versace' scarves came on sale with A claim of saving £115 this seemed like a steal. Sadly not, the Versace 1969 scarves secret sales advertised have no affiliation with the Donatello Versace company. Another point to mention is that no one is available to speak to in customer services, it's simply an answer phone service. Beware of this company's claim to sell top designer brands.
Ordered some clothes which never arrived. Emailed to ask where they were, was sent an email as the business had been put into administration by the owners. They relaunched the business the next day with the same name, no refunds no goods. This business behaviour is an insight as to what kind of leadership this company has. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off.
I have used Secret Sales for the last 18 months or so because i am too lazy to go shopping and because the items are good value for money. The buying and after-sales service is perfect in every way. I have had some very minor issues but they have been competently and quickly resolved in a friendly and generous manner. I am delighted with every aspect of this innovative and modern shopping experience. Thank you
Ordered a birthday present for my wife, got an email confirming dispatch but the goods are nowhere to be found. Secretsales is a scam as far as I am concerned. This was my first time using the site and I will never again. They have left me hanging and now need to look for a replacement. I also have to borrow money until they refund y payment. DO NOT USE SECRETSALES.COM. Their customer service is a joke, you have to chase them all the time and they are more than happy to fog you off for as long as they can. Really, really disappointed. They have spoiled my wife's birthday.

Have used Secretsales for a while and always return because of the quality of brands available at such a good price. Of course, there are occasions where it doesn't quite work out, but overall the service is excellent and I am a regular customer. Because of this I have been given Loyalty Plus status which means I get free delivery and other benefits, which add to the appeal.
Great website especially for gifts; anniversary, birthday etc... or even just for the sake of buying something for yourself to make you feel better when you're under the weather and at an affordable price. I always get what I'm looking for even better all the time I would say. The return service is perfect no problem at all, but the shipping time is slightly longer than expected sometimes apart from that this is my favourite website not to mention the E-VOUCHERS that I find helpful allows you to get a little present for a dearest one.

I currently have two orders "lost" in the delivery system. It is probably the fault of the courier (Hermes) but I have been unable to get the matter resolved by SecretSales. One order has been missing 12 days and I have sent 5 emails about the problem. They go unanswered or it takes a week to get back to me. Even then they just say they'll look into it but never do anything. The next call I make will be to get a refund from my credit card provider. It seems to be the only way to get this resolved.
**Update** I now have 3 orders lost in the delivery system. They called and refunded one (writing bad reviews spurs them into damage limitation) but it's now reappeared in the delivery system. I was assured that the other 2 (lost) orders would be here within 24 hours but that was over 3 days ago. It would appear they ring you and say nice things but they never follow up and fix anything. Never again.
You can tell the measure of a company or individual when they deal with a problem, complaint or similar issue. After receiving a damaged item, this dissatisfied customer was met with professionalism, politeness and a satisfactory solution. Well done Alex... you have supplied excellence and acquired brand loyalty.

I was unable to return goods outside of the 14 day return policy as I was out of the country during this time period. I understand this is policy but felt that after using the site regularly over a long period they would afford some flexibility on one occasion. No such thing. Bad show on customer service. This - and the 13 minute wait to get my call answered. They no longer have my custom.
