I love the seat geek website. Functions like: view of the best deals, and the view of the seats are great for ticket purchasing decisions.
It would be cool if in this view you could see the other seat prices based on where it is in the stadium.
I received a disjointed link from the 589-88 number (see attached).
Also, the fees are very high $10+ per ticket ($40 ticket).
It may be unrelated, but within 30 minutes of buying my tickets, three attempts were made to use the same credit card. I did not make those attempts. I had not used that cc in over a month prior to the SeatGeek purchase.
I've been disappointed with seat geek lately realizing after purchases that I get to print tickets from third party app or sites that i could have gotten the same tickets at a better
Price from them directly. I will now check SeatGeek but shop for tickets elsewhere
Did a return on tickets for a concert for $650.00. It was still in the time frame to do a return. I followed there instructions. They said within 24 hours you would get word. Nothing but crickets. Looking at my seatgeek i still have the tickets. Thanks Seat Geek. I will never spend any money with your company and will give a bad review on every site. This not how you do business. But since this is how you do business, you don't care for customers and the hard-earned money they have worked for. Stay away from this site, it is terrible.
I ordered tickets as soon as they went on sale for Aerosmith in Philadelphia (first show) on September 2. Ask me if I received my tickets? Nope -- Now ask me if I've gotten my refund? Nope! They're still holding my money -- today is October 10. I gave them all the screen shots, emails, and conversation they asked for All I'm getting back is "we need to look into it". Its $1200. I don't know about anyone reading this, but I don't have $1200 extra to wait months for a refund. I will NEVER go to Seat Geek again - be cautious people. Be VERY cautious!
My friend Angela told me about seatgeek after I complained about the other sites. So easy to use. I've used it for dodger stadium, Hollywood bowl, staples center and the rose bowl. Very interactive site and killer prices.
Seat Geek hit me with auto responses when I emailed them. Finally they admitted the tickets were only sent via the app and would have to download this and feel my way through. About 45 min later I had my tickets. The App is not straight forward at all. What a pain in the $#*!. They never responded to my last 2 emails.
I purchased ticket to Cubs game and never received a barcode. Instead of refunding me, they offered a voucher. The customer service is terrible and their buyer guarantee is meaningless. Use other 3rd party ticket companies, not SeatGeek.
They are terrible and their customer service is non existent! Rude, arrogant liars! They manipulate ticket sales and completely lie about it! I will never buy or sell tickets from them again, as long as I live! Cheats!
This is my second time using seat geek and I'm not understanding why there is an additional $50 charge per ticket. The seats are expensive enough. If I could have found them on ticket master I would have.
Hi Carla,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Apologies for any confusion regarding the seller fees. Ticket fees will vary based on a number of different factors, such as ticket price, ticket type, delivery format, event, and market rate. The fee structure might even be formatted differently within the same seller’s different listings because so many factors go into how fees are determined. Because of this, we can’t guarantee one specific percentage for the fee structure.
The easiest way to avoid a discrepancy at the final purchase price is to always keep the “Prices with fees” option on. Luckily, there will always be a thorough price breakdown with fees included at checkout before anyone is able to complete their purchase.
I hope this helps. If you have anymore questions, please reach out to us at hi@seatgeek.com or contact view chat.
We'll gladly assist!
Warm regards,
CX Team at SeatGeek
Used SeatGeek for the first time to purchase Stevie Nicks concert tickets. When we got to the gate, we were turned away because our tickets have already been used. With a calm head, I called SeatGeek and they took care of the situation immediately. Sometimes the seller of the tickets accidently double sells the seat on several ticket sites. Out of SeatGeek's control but it does happen. Customer service agent Jack in Portland quickly got me new tickets and we were in our new upgraded seats just as the concert started.
I purchased 2 football tickets for a college football game 1 month prior to the event on the seatgeek app. I had figured they were being sent directly in the app and didn't check their status until the day of the event. The day of the event I discovered that I had not received the tickets in the app or anywhere in my email. After talking with SeatGeek on the phone for 30 minutes they essentially told me there is nothing they could do. $300 down the toilet and seatgeek did nothing about it. Will never order from SeatGeek EVER again. Save yourself from dealing with their BS and buy tickets somewhere else.
I love checking SeatGeek for events. The prices are always noted with or without the service fee which is an extremely nice feature to have. I also like how you can tell where in the venue you'd be sitting because they have pictures from that spot in the venue. It's very easy to purchase and if you need to get your tickets from Ticketmaster afterwards, they make that easy as well.
I agree with some of the comments on this review. SeatGeek promoted seats for a show starting that they have the best prices. To save even more they offer an option to allow them to assign seats for you. They guarantee the seats will be together and list a number of sections where your seats could be located. I purchased x4 tickets. My seats were finally assigned, 3 months later and are literally in the worst 4 seats in the theater, located in the far rear corner. I have since found the price for these seats at a third of the price elsewhere. I contacted SeatGeek, after some difficulty finding any contact (good luck finding a phone number - there isn't one). I was basically told that they will do nothing except offer a $20 voucher off my next ticket purchase. $20 should have been discounted off my initial purchase anyway as it was my first purchase and that is their offer. As I told SeatGeek, I will never use them in the future. Don't risk you're money buy from a trusted source
Scam. Do NOT use this company. They sold tickets to a concert that did not even exist and it is even still listed on their website to an alec benjamin concert on 12/31/22. The Ryman auditorium confirmed this is not (and never was) a real concert. Also the artist website does not list this date. We purchased tickets and they will not respond to my repeated requests to refund the money. Nuts. I will be filing a lawsuit to expose the fraud and will attempt to make it a class action for all of us that have been wrongly done. This is crazy...how on earth are they still a company.
My husband & I have noticed we get different results with the same search parameters. Would like to be able to easily see the cheapest seats in the whole stadium but also then filter down to a certain area of the field.
That is a great suggestion! We are always looking for ways to make our platform even more user friendly and we will make sure that our developers get this feedback.
I purchased NFL tickets less than 3 months prior to the event as a gift. We received the tickets immediately in PDF format for over $320. When using the tickets, we were very disappointed to discover the seats were fraudulent. When calling seat geek, they were quick to put the blame on the third party, but reluctant to resolve the issue on their own accord. We needed to follow up and call several other parties in order to get the issue resolved and were extremely discouraged by the lack of accountability and integrity within seatgeek as a whole.

Seat geek advertised 2 tickets for the Denver Nuggets area 366 row 8 and we were meeting a group that already had tickets in row 8. I purchase 2 tickets and seat geek changed them to row 7 after I purchased them...I tried to get refund with no luck and they stated I could only get credit with their company...they advertise full immediate refund. They lied... there is no phone #. Only chat in which they stop answering when I requested a full refund. I would not recommend doing any type of business with seat geek! Good luck!
This is a horrible company that will steal your money and give you nothing. I purchased 2 tickets to Adele concert. I never heard from SeatGeek again until I received an email 4 days before the event informing me that it had turned over the request to Scorebig, which is out of business. You guessed it, no tickets and no refund of $1,200 paid to SeatGeek. This company should be investigated for its fraudulent and deceptive practices.

I have used this service numerous times, in fact its the only one I use now. The only real improvement that I can see is to make it a little easier to view the tickets once purchased. It may just be me but that part kicks my butt every time. Other than that I'm completely satisfied.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team

Luckily ticket issues seldom happen! We really just want you to score seats to events where you'll have the time of your life. That's why we're here from 6am-8pm PT, 9am-11pm ET every day to help you with any questions or concerns. Hopefully that puts your mind at ease! Warmly, SeatGeek CX Team
SeatGeek has a rating of 2.2 stars from 2,560 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with SeatGeek most frequently mention customer service, credit card and phone number. SeatGeek ranks 23rd among Concert Tickets sites.
Hey There,
We understand that you had some frustrations with the ticket buying process. When it comes to certain types of events and venues, such as Major League Baseball, they are moving towards all mobile ticketing. This is why the tickets were delivered directly though the app. In the app all of your tickets and orders are conveniently stored in the tickets tab, the button located center at the bottom of the screen. That way you can pull up your mobile tickets and have them scanned directly from your device!
Taking a look I do see our rep did their best to information you the ways the tickets may be delivered and where they were located. It also looks as if they responded to all of your emails. If you would like further assistance or followup, please feel free to call us at 888.506.4101.
Warm Regards,
