Tickets showed up late and I had to cancel the trip. Product was ordered Saturday and was supposed to ship 2 day, and be here Tuesday or Wed. Product has still not arrived.
It was fast and easy, didn't have to worry about anything and is always a good source for tickets! I always recommend SeatGeek to my friends and is the only way I'll buy my tickets from here on out!
I tried to purchase tickets to an Orlando Magic game it told me it didn't except my payment when I checked my bank they had pulled the money when I called them they said the transaction didn't exist that was 12/16/16 they also pulled the ticket amount out AGAIN on 12/18/16 the game was in 12/16 so why would I purchase tickets for a game 2 days after game is played and purchase they of game and get NO tickets. It was my first and last experience with SeatGeek

The site was quick and easy and my tickets were available to scan at the ballpark immediately. I love the option to view prices including fees so I know how much Im paying.
Great job finding good quality seats for a great price. I couldnt be happier! This service makes buying tickets for an event like MLB opening day to be accessible for every day people.
Ive used SeatGeek two times and got the best seats at the best price! You should get this app because it allows you to see the cheapest or best tickets for any event!
Not happy with our seats given the opponent they were playing and the attendance was low too. I hope for better pricing in the future given the quality of the team being played.

When stub hub works it's the best. When you can't buy any tickets due to some issue it has with your account and it keeps telling you no tickets are available when they are it makes for bad day.

Purchased 2 tickets to the 8/11/2019 little feat show in Louisville that were advertised at a price if $76 each w/ $23 service charge. BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $1100. 00! CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT THE POLICY THAT I COULD SELL'UM OR EAT'UM, NO CANCELLATIUONS( EVEN THOUGH THE REQUEST WAS W/IN 24HRS. Prices for events fluctuate on the secondary market. Meaning even if prices are lower today, they may have been higher when you ordered. We do have the ability to see what was reflected on the order when you placed it. So if you have screen shots of the order at the cost you listed or reach out to us we will be able to verify if the order changed price on you or you got charged different then what was said on the checkout page.
If the checkout page does reflect the cost you paid, our policy is that all sales are final. We don't have a window for returns. It sounds like your options were already covered by a rep.

Cheap and easy to use! I have been using seatgeek for a few months now and have no gone back to stubhub. This site is so much better with the easy interface and the cheaper prices.
I bought tickets for Coldplay and had trouble getting etickets i contact them and they sent me the two tickets. I thought that was it but lord and behold I look at my bank statement and the charged me twice. I contacted them again and the told me I had bought some befor I bought the second. Even though I only had one transaction confirmation and and when I asked for the fist pair they only sent me the first pair of ticket wich contradicts there statement of me buying two sets. Cuz they only sent me two ticket rather than the four they said I paid for! I will defenetly never again use this site and will spread the word to everyone I know. And after reading all these people that have had problems with the site I'm afraid my ticket are fake! I guess that what you get from a place that makes it extremely hard to get answers and no phone number to call. I guess we will see.

Do not buy any tickets from Seat Geek. They have absolutely no refund process in place like other third party searchable vendors (i. E. Orbitz). If you make a mistake or buy a ticket that you meant not to buy based off of MISLEADING INFORMATION showing INCORRECT NUMBER OF TICKETS at a certain price- they will do nothing for you. They will tell you to contact the vendor they got the ticket from and guess what the vendor has no customer service either. I called both parties multiple times and neither will help you. The other vendor they got the ticket from has no customer service line and a full voicemail that means you can't even leave a message. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE seat geek. Very unprofessional. Take notes from your counterparts like Orbitz. I WILL NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM YOU AGAIN.

Ticket network do not buy from themOverall SEat geeks is good especially the seat geek marketplace but do not buy from ticket network I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong venue and they will do nothing for me absolutely nothing
Disappointed. I never received a confirmation and I checked stubhub and the same tickets were $10 less each. I bought 4 so that's a $40 profit for Seat Geek.

If you haven't received your confirmation email we suggest getting into touch with the company you purchased the tickets from. Do you know what company you bought these tickets from? Your best bet is to get in touch with them directly. SeatGeek is a ticket search engine, so we do not process transactions and do not have information about transaction-specific details.
You can look at your credit card statement to see which company charged you for the tickets.

As a follow up to my previous review, I spent over 4 hours on the phone with various customer service reps and supervisors and none of them provided a reasonable solution to my issue (paying me the $6 for the sale of my ticket or issuing me enough credit so that I could buy a ticket to a future event without having to pay any money - a $10 credit is essentially an obligation to buy something). Further, when I spoke with Nixon (a customer support supervisor), he assured me he would do two things for me: 1. Email me the information that I needed to try and get a refund from ticketmaster and 2. Provide a $20 credit to SeatGeek. He did neither of those things. After all the conversations on the phone, it took me placing a public review for the company to actually apologize for not following it's own protocols and consistently misinforming me. This is incredibly disingenuous. I was told by Nixon that there was absolutely no way that I could ever be paid and I was told by King, a different supervisor, to "Just let it go." But as soon as I start making my experience known to the public, the Company is very accomodating and apologetic. So disgusting. I won't ever buy or sell tickets with SeatGeek.
I sold two tickets to a concert where the headliner cancelled. I sent emails prior to the show asking if I needed to do anything, but I was assured that I would still be paid, and it was the ultimate buyer's responsibility to use the tickets for the rescheduled show. I was paid for one ticket, but then when I inquired about payment for the second ticket, I was told that I wouldn't be paid for the other one because the show was changed. I initiated all communication and they never reached out to let me know that I wouldn't be paid (not following their own policy) and everytime I called, they told me that they would look into it and they never got back to me. I had to keep calling. I'm still waiting for my payment.
I almost didn't buy because my fees were around $100 for three tickets. I bought them because my son wanted to go, but next time will probably buy elsewhere.
Fast, easy to use, great delivery method of tickets! Finding the right tickets takes no effort and great values can be had to ones that know how to search!

In general, sellers will ship tickets within about 1-2 business days of the order being received, and it then takes 1-2 business days for it to be delivered. Because we don't have any control over exactly when the seller ships those tickets or the time the delivery company may take in processing the shipment, we do not make any promises of delivery times before the order is placed. The first time we communicated that your tickets would be sent using FedEx Two-Day shipping was after the order had been placed, via an email that was sent as soon as the shipping ticket was printed and confirmed by the seller. That initial email showed that shipment information had been sent to FedEx, that the tickets would be shipped using the FedEx Two-Day service, and gave you a tracking number, but did not promise a timeline for arrival.
It looks like your order was placed late on Saturday afternoon. The seller would typically not be able to ship those tickets until Monday or Tuesday, and we would not have expected your tickets to arrive until either Wednesday or Thursday. Taking a look at our records on this, it looks like those tickets did arrive on Thursday.
While that delivery was in time for the game per our guarantee, it doesn't sound like this worked with your travel plans. I really wish that we had had a chance to assist you before those tickets shipped, as we can often help by redirecting tickets to a local address like a hotel where you will be staying. Once the tickets have already shipped, our options get very limited. I see that we tried to reach out to the seller to see if the tickets could be reissued or converted to e-tickets, but that is not always available and in this case, was not. Because the seller delivered in a timely manner before the game and to the address provided to them, we were also unable to secure a refund for you from them.
I recognize how frustrating that this situation must have been, and I'm sorry if these policies were not clear to you upon ordering.
