My seat is a Tiger Den seat on an aisle at CoAmerica. When I listed it for sale the amenities that are included do not show up as they do in the rest of the TD sections. Additionally even if I list them cheaper than all the other TD seats listed that they say are Great deals mine comes up red. I contacted them and they said they would get back to me after they kept insisting it was not an aisle and had the amenities. There was a renovation last year and for some reason the Tigers decided to move us over to where new TD seats were installed.
Would leave one star if I could!
I will never use Seat Geek again. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. First, confirmed tickets and then cancelled them. Offer me replacement tickets in what they said was a BETTER SECTION, so I accepted. On the day of the concert, I was sent the WRONG tickets that were awful. They were 4 sections over and almost back stage. After waiting HOURS (day of concert) to hear from customer service, I was sent an email with these EXACT words "I understand your frustration, we are REFUNDING your order 120%..." I went to another site 3 hours before the concert and was stuck with more expensive tickets due to Seat Geek taking HOURS to resolve this. Now they are refusing my 120% refund. BTW, the email from DANITA said NOTHING about a 100% refund and 20% credit. I would never had accepted a credit because I will NEVER use Seat Geek again. Use Viagogo or Stub Hub people. Worst experience ever.
Paid 27 plus another 15.92 in fees for parking ticket! Parking lot was full. NO REFUND! Had to park elsewhere for another 20. They don't do refunds unless the event gets canceled. Fees per ticket for the event we're 16.56.
I placed tickets on geek seat and didn't get paid when the tickets sold. Geek seat said that they were pre-scanned & I was able to confirm with the venue that the geek seat purchasers entered
When I contacted geek seat - they claimed that the ticket purchasers were denied entry which was not accurate
Do not list tickets for Seatgeek to sell. They will list them for more money than you selected. They claim they charge 10% fee, but that's a lie. I listed tickets for $1000 sell price which should pay me $900 a ticket, which is the 10% fee. However they charge the purchaser $1200 each, which means they marked them up another $200 each but was going to only pay me $900. Which means I would be charged 25% fee. If you are ripped off like this call Attorney General and get your politicians involved and your local tv stations. Big Corps trying to bully the average working man. Total BS!
They say the sellers are "local" but the sellers hire "couriers" to meet you in a strange parking lot to physically give you the parking tix. SeatGeek states they "vette" the sellers- a lie! Other brokers will send it via overnight mail or electronically
Bought football game tickets for the Eagles and Rams yesterday (11/24/24), tickets were sent and available in my seat geek app. We get to the stadium and the tickets are invalid. We talk to box office and someone has already used the tickets earlier so we're SOL. We waste the entire first quarter waiting in line to resolve the issue and the first half chatting with customer service. I contacted seat geek and they say they'll investigate but it'll take 5 days. Completely unacceptable. Because we'd traveled and were already at the stadium, we bought separate tickets at the box office but the only ones left were at the very top row in a corner section. What was supposed to be a fun night at the game turned into a nightmare and the entire night was ruined. Buying with seat geek is not worth the risk, you could end up out of money with no tickets.
Bought 2 tickets night before game, charged 2nd charge next day They won't refund because I requested after game was over
My bf and I bought a parking ticket for the AT&T stadium for Monday night football (cowboys v Texans). Seatgeek is the official resale partner for these tickets and we couldn't not buy them anywhere else. We arrived 1 hr only and went to our designated lot only to be told that our ticket won't scan because it's already been used. Seatgeek refused to refund the ticket and ignored multiple emails trying to resolve the issue. Funny thing is there were seatgeek ads all around the stadium touting their buyers guarantee. Such a scam company and will never buy from them again. We spent around $150 for the seatgeek ticket that was already used. Eventually found parking right across the street for $60. For anyone going to the AT&T stadium, don't buy off seatgeek who who scams their customers by selling already used tickets and then not refunding when caught.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
When I visited Seat Geek to purchase Steeler tickets, I was provided with an image depicting the view from the selected seats, similar to what other platforms offer. I saved this image for reference. However, upon later inspection, I discovered that the actual seats were not at all close to what I had anticipated. This misleading representation borders on fraudulent behavior in their ticket sales. I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, but they merely cited their "no refunds" policy. This policy appears designed to mislead customers into believing they are receiving one product while delivering another. Such practices warrant investigation, and I believe their business license should be revoked.
I purchased parking tickets for a concert in San Antonio on February 25. We arrived at the address listed on the ticket and the parking lot didn't exist. After connecting with customer service, they sent us a map of the area and we find the lot 1.5 miles away from the original address to be turned away because the lot was full.
After connecting with customer service, they offered me a voucher to use on future purchases. I have been disputing this for days now and they will not refund my money. In my mind, this was an error on their side and an inconvenience to me so I should receive a cash refund.
This company ruined the game for my entire group 4 people I invited that drive for how's to see the football game. Myself and one other did not get to watch the game because one of the tickets didn't work at the gate! The app told us to wait and the ticket would be available before kickoff and it was not! My friends ended up driving home and not even going into the stadium and I spent the entire game on my phone with seat geeks customer service. After all this the company did not refund my money because they said "the ticket became available at halftime" what a joke I wish I could do more then just leave a bad review because this company literally took thousands of dollars from me
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
On Sunday, ordered tickets for Tuesday practice round for Ryder Cup. "next day service" was not fulfilled. When calling the help line, never was able to talk with a live person, despite LONG wait times.
Email after the event and again recently, no response.
Tried to have credit card company work on my behalf but Seat Geek didn't respond to it either.
Show I booked and paid for cancelled along with rest of tour. Easy enough, right. Money back for show that didn't happen? Nope. "All sales final." Of course that was after the cancellation. All that BS on their website about guarantees and cancel at any time is just a lie. Ironically the venue also emailed me news of the cancellation and told me to contact point of sale for full refund. Bye Bye $600. I've emailed and called so many times that I'm just going to give up and do my best to inform everyone what a crook SeatGeek is.
Purchased a parking pass for the US Open. Website shows 30 minute delivery, received the pass 12 hours later - after the tournament round for the day was over. No way to contact them either (or at least not obvious to me) to work a solution. SeatGeek did respond to me a couple of days later and refunded the purchase - which was great, but really needed the tickets. Anyway - Understand things happen.
While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
After pressing the buy option for 2 theater tickets, Seat Geek sent back an ambiguous message saying the transaction may not have gone through and that I should check my email. When I checked my email there was no confirmation from Seat Geek. Presuming that the transaction had failed, I ordered 2 more tickets. A minute later two email confirms arrived for 2 tickets each.
I contacted Seat Geek's customer service immediately; they told me that all ticket sales were final, and that I should attempt to sell the tickets through their service. When I failed to get them to reconsider, I attempted to offer the 2 extra tickets for sale at a loss, but their service said they were ineligible!
I don't often feel like a chump, but I did after dealing with them.
3 days later, Fernando from their customer service emailed to say they had secured a refund from the box office. After it was credited, I altered the review from 1 star to 4 stars.

Overall, I usually enjoy SeatGeek's services but I've had a couple issues with my tickets getting taken as I'm entering my payment info. They also need to go to strictly E-tickets... not "e-tickets" that you then have to print yourself or pay a ridiculous charge after standing in line at will call. Takes away a lot of the convenience of ordering online.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team

SeatGeek has a rating of 2.2 stars from 2,558 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with SeatGeek most frequently mention customer service, credit card and phone number. SeatGeek ranks 16th among Concert Tickets sites.
Hey Kevin, thanks for sharing your experience here! To address your biggest concern here: We totally know what you're feeling with those e-tickets needing printing, and as a tech company, we're on board with a ticketing world where ALL tickets can be used straight from your mobile device! Unfortunately, SeatGeek doesn't call the shots on whether mobile entry will be accepted for an event - the venue does. Different venues have different setups, and while there are tons and tons of events out there that you can absolutely get into with tickets on your phone, there are also events that do not have a setup that reliably allows mobile entry. If we have any reason to be concerned about whether or not a venue will let you in with tickets on your phone, we turn off our QR codes for that event and instruct users to print their tickets instead. We know it's a pain, but it's a lot less of a hassle than being turned away from your event because the venue can't scan your tickets on your phone!
Until we live in that world just beyond the horizon where all events are mobile-friendly, we recommend reaching out to the venue themselves in instances where you want mobile entry but you're stick with print-at-home tickets. They may not be able to change anything right away, but hearing this kind of feedback may be the push they need to prioritize getting new scanners, software, or policies that will create a more fan-friendly experience!
