Same crap as always just blaming Covid now

I used to be a Sears appliance tech and would order parts for customers all the time that stated "In Stock" only to be retagged as back order weeks after ordering. I went independent shortly before Covid hit, and have tried ordering from Searspartsdirect a couple times for my customers now. They are still pulling the same stuff. Part constantly shows "In Stock" when ordering a week or so goes by and it goes backorder while the site is still listing the part as in stock. Zero customer service as the people on their phone lines only have access to the same information you the customer does, and cannot actually help you with anything. Trying to get refunded is like trying to pull teeth by hand from a non-sedated alligator. I'd recommend using PayPal to pay if you do decide to risk ordering from Sears parts direct, as then you'll have an avenue to actually get your money back. The only thing that's changed is Searspartsdirect is now blaming Covid supply chain issues for parts delay. This has been going on long long before Covid, and it was happening even when other branches of the company were ordering parts from them. This isn't new, nor is it likely to change. My best advice is to avoid searspartsdirect at all costs, and again use PayPal if you do order from them so you can get your money back.

Hands down worst experience ever

First they send me the wrong part (not even close in part number or part itself). Then they send me the wrong return label which ships the wrong part back to me instead of them. They finally get the part and then forget about the refund. I had to chat and call them several times to get a refund. Twice they said they issued it but had not. Finally I get the refund six weeks after the initial purchase but the refund did not include shipping costs. WILL NEVER use them again.

This has to be the most exasperating website. I ordered a $10 part. With shipping and tax it turned into a $22 purchase. Moments after my purchase I found the same part on Amazon Prime for $4 next day shipping. Since my Sears Parts Direct was expected in 2 weeks, and I just ordered it minutes before, I figured I could call and cancel the order. But NO. I was stuck in a robot from hell time loop. There was a robot "chat" that had the option to "cancel your order". I selected that and the AI from hell told me that I would receive an email once it was canceled, That's when I thought I might want to talk to customer service to confirm, but there is no option for any of the available numbers to "speak to someone". All are press a number (no voice commands). Anyway, now I'm stuck with this overpriced spring for my refrigerator. I guess it was my own fault for not doing more research before purchasing. Never again.

If you order from Sears because you need parts to fix your mower or washer, you better plan on renting a mower & using laundry mat while waiting for your parts.
Ordering was easy, payment was easy and that's where it ends. In a few days I got a notice that my items had shipped, but due to a technical problem they couldn't provide info on shipping at all. Numerous calls, emails & texts all went to a robot who assured me via text that my order had shipped. Just LIE to the customer & tell em it's on the way!
With much persistence, I got a human on the phone and my order was not even processed.
CANCELED order with these shills!
Got everything from Amazon for $25 less.
It'll take about a week to realize you have been FOOLED by these idiots and then you will read the reviews………

Was listed in stock. For 3 weeks it wasn't shipped. Big problem to contact customer service. Still not shipped or solved.

I had to call after a month of not receiving the last of three parts. I was lied to two different times on when the part would be shipped. I am sitting here on the phone now waiting to see why the part hasn't shipped yet, it was ordered two months ago. It is for a Sears lawnmower, at this rate it will be winter before I receive the part. Has to be one of the worst companies, that they have to revert to Lying to their customers. This will be the last time I order anything from anything Sears related. Such a sad commentary...

Boiler needed 2 parts to repair Took 5 days with no heat before they where received the temperature was consistently below zero. No assistance available to expedite delivery. Customer Service rude,uncaring & lied repeatly. This outfit sucks.

I ordered a part for a kitchen aid microwave. It was supposed to be here in about a week and arrive on a Friday. It has now been to 7 different facilities. Amongst these facilities are offices in the Philippines, Texas, Oklahoma and Illinois. I am in California. Today I received another message saying that the package is not not going to be delivered unless I go to a "ups" website and give the shipping address and email and more first. Once I did that they wanted a credit card to pay for the "redelivery fee" which was 74 cents. That's where I drew the line. I looked and USPS and UPS will not charge for redelivery. Besides, what the hell happened to the address on the package? It's as if they are just sending a box around the states hoping they will get lucky. I tried to cancel my order and they said it can't be done and I have to call them in the morning. Better believe I will be calling. Do not use sears parts direct for anything. Trust me. It is a hassle and a headache and you might find yourself losing a lot more than you could eve gain. Even if you did somehow get your part.

Ordered part for new Kenmore vacuum on 6 MAR 24. Now 2 APR 24 and no part. Multiple calls to the published phone numbers gets the same robot. They offer to refund $$ within 60 days of order, but 27 days have already passed and no parts.

I ordered a shop vac filter and nut for my craftsman shop vac December 16 2023. It has not arrived yet
Ive called about 10 times either getting put on hold till it disconnects and or being told they cannot access the system because they are doing maintenance to it. Once time the girl asked for the phone number for the order. I said I have the order number she said she needed the phone number. I gave her the only phone number i have and she said thats not the one. I said I am giving you the order number and she said she couldnt look it up by that method as the order numbers on on a different computer
I said that's the dumbest thing I have ever heard she she She was very sorry and called me by my name. I said you just said my name so how cant you find my order I never gave you my name
Just did a chat with them and they informed me their system is down for maintenance. They are all from India as well. I'm filing with my credit card company Don't buy anything from these clowns

Dishonest experience!

I ordered a Kenmore Microwave front door replacement panel on February 6,2024 for $275.20. It is now March 15,2024 and I still have not received it. When I type in my order number it indicates that it is non existent, and when trying to find out the status of my order I was transferred over to another foreign person.She asked me all the questions including my debit card number and my date of birth. She then said to find out the status of my order I had to listen to these advertisements (3) of them but don't say anything and she would come back on line each time, She said not to say anything becasue I was not obligated to buy anything so I didn't. At the end she came back on line and I asked her now what is my order status and she said something so fast in her foreign brogue and then hung up. This happened on searspartsdirect number. I immediately thought I had been hacked. I then pulled up my debit card account and sure enough someone had used my card illegally. I called the number attached to the amount taken out of my account and cancelled the charge. I waited a few more minutes and went back into my bank account and 6 more illegal transactions were taken out of my account. Of course I called my bank and reported these illegal transactions and cancelled my card. Still trying to get my money refunded ($275.20) and that hasn't happened yet nor will searsparts direct send me an email acknowledging anything. This has been a nightmare!

Ordered an electric range heater with a promise to be delivered within 3-5 days. Immediately received an email notification "you order has been processed". After 5 days and no updates, called an 800 number. The call center is somewhere in India, the person was polite but not helpful because he cannot provide any updates. In 3 days called again. The next person said something about difficulty with shipping and promised to call back with updates. Next day received a phone call stating that the part has been shipped. It turns out, he just lied. In another 3 days after not getting any shipping reference number called again. The next person on the line confessed that he has no information at all. After another 5 days and another heated conversation, the person on the line confirmed that the part has not been shipped yet. Asked to cancel the order and getting a refund, received a promise that I will receive a full refund. In another five days checked online the order status. It still showed "in progress". Called again, asked about the progress. Received apologies because… the part has not been shipped yet. And, it was no information that the order has been cancelled. Requested an email with reference regarding the order cancellation. After another week received an email that my credit card will be refunded but not in full. Because the shipping cost is not refundable. How about the fact, that the part has never been shipped? I gave this company one star but it should be zero.

I ordered parts for my Kenmore gas range. I used chat box because the phone numbers on the web site do not lead anywhere but cycle round and round. The web site is useless. I received incorrect parts from my order. I called and got no where so I called the order parts number and got a very nice woman who spoke American English. She proceeded to order me the correct parts once again, blaming the shipping department for sending the incorrect parts, and affirming that I had provided the correct information to receive the correct parts. I ordered burner caps but not the sizes that arrived, although I did provide the correct model # of my range.
A few days later the same incorrect parts arrived. I am now unable to get into my account and the site will not send me a link to change my password. Pages come up that indicate that the web site has problems or that I erred in entering my information. I requested a retun label 3 days consecutively and each time I was informed that I would get one in 24 hours. The last time I called was 2 days ago. I have not received any email communication from this company. Beware this site. I also received no invoice or receipt with one my first order. It appears to be a SCAM! Do not waste your time or your money.

Never delivered

I ordered this part on Oct 7.it is now Feb 2. It was showing in stock when ordered and as the attached photo shows, they are still showing in stock. The order still shows in process. I was sent an email stating eta of Jan 24.There policy says you have just 24 hours to cancel because the order is sent to a third party. I have looked and can't find who the third party seller is to contact. You have 60 days to return anything. I am well past the return date and l don't need the part anymore. They are the representive of the seller and aren't offering any help. Starting to feel ripped off. If you look the price has gone down from $188.99 to $160.18

Web page said in stock for $100 worth of water heater parts. However it was not only out of stock but it was back ordered with no date of availability YET they still charged me for the product + tax + shipping!
