Sears is a awful store and can see why they are going bankrupt.
Bought a snow blower paid over a mth ago never received, called emailed countless times no answers no replies, money finally refunded and told get snow blower for free yeah right, they are the worst store ever, garbage customer service they could Carr less sty away from sears canada

On the 28th of November 2016 I've ordered a Snow blower with Sears as it was a very special offer Reduced from 1099 to 698 CAD.
I received a confirmation mail the Item will arrive within 3-7 business days.
After three days I wanted to check on the status of my order. I punched in the order number and a notification popped up. Saying invalid order number. I checked my credit card account and surprisingly my money was back too. So I gave them a call to check with the CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been told everything is in place and the item will arrive soon. They told me the Warehouse received the order on the 30th of November and it would take 3-8 business days. So I was waiting another two days to check back on the status. Again another Lady told me everything is fine and ther Item should arrive in appr. two more days. I called a couple of times and I've got a lot of different stories about my order. I also received an email at the 7th of December which said the order shipment has not even left the Warehouse yet. So they still keep you hooked up to your order that you are not going to buy somewhere else. Today I've called again to ask for my order. After being hold in line for 10 minutes I've been told the order is cancelled. I asked why I did not received an email for that and why I've been told so many lies about my order for 14 days? And she said really they didn't lie to me. Ok. Review. After three days a representative said order still in place. After another two days the same wit a different Lady. The received email stated order will leave the warehouse soon as they preparing the shipment right now (7th of December). Today while I was on the phone with the Customer Service I received an email that the order is cancelled due to the circumstances that the warehouse can not get the item anymore. ???? How could they prepare it for shipping a few days earlier????? Stay away from this company. This company is lying to you on purpose. I wish I would have bought the Snow blower with Canadian Tire the other day. Because I wanted to save 100 Dollar I decided to go with Sears. Now I am $#*!ed and we have q quite amount of snow and no snow blower. Sears just want to make sure that other companies don't make any business. They offering items even they know they can not deliver. That's business fraud.
Tip for consumers: Stay away from these Liars
2 years ago, we bought a brand new set of appliances all Frigidaire professional ,which included a microwave , it turned up to be the appliance from hell after a few months of use it broke down so we called Sears and after 2 weeks they sent someone to see the microwave, once he assed it he said it needed a part ,after another 2 weeks 2 men from Sears showed up to finally repair the microwave, this has happened six times and know they are saying that they are going to pay us a few hundred dollars and that they will not come to fix it again.Their customer service is completly deplorable we have asked again and again for them to replace this lemon but to no avail.They are rude and are a bunch of liars no wonder they are going out of business no respect for the customer,the money they have wasted sending repairmen over and over they could have replaced it a few times.I will never use Sears again for anything and I hope nobody else does.
