2 years ago, we bought a brand new set of appliances all Frigidaire professional, which included a microwave, it turned up to be the appliance from hell after a few months of use it broke down so we called Sears and after 2 weeks they sent someone to see the microwave, once he assed it he said it needed a part, after another 2 weeks 2 men from Sears showed up to finally repair the microwave, this has happened six times and know they are saying that they are going to pay us a few hundred dollars and that they will not come to fix it again. Their customer service is completly deplorable we have asked again and again for them to replace this lemon but to no avail. They are rude and are a bunch of liars no wonder they are going out of business no respect for the customer, the money they have wasted sending repairmen over and over they could have replaced it a few times. I will never use Sears again for anything and I hope nobody else does.
