I've used SD Bullion for some time now. I have been completely satisfied with the ease of purchase, helpful employees and great service.
Never received order. Was not made whole. STAY AWAY Terrible customer service and a total scam. Read the reviews online before ordering.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the package, however, please know that every order we ship is fully insured. Our team is currently working on your lost package investigation. For a general timeframe, our insurance requires an investigation to be open for 30 days after the customer initially files a claim. If the package cannot be recovered within that time, a new package will be issued.

Cancellation fees are an industry standard. Most online bullion dealers have a cancellation policy. We operate in a live market, and once you submit the order you are agreeing to purchase those metals. We then hold your product and lock in your price in order to guarantee the price stays the same for you. We are removing the inventory from our live inventory, and holding it for your order, as we wait for the payment.
We go over these cancellation fees when placing the order over the phone. When placing an order on our website we have these policies outlined in our terms of use.

Was notified that the coins were shipped on the 7th. They didn't arrive till the 14th. That's a 15 day turn around.
I have now used SD Bullion several times and they have always been prompt and creative in getting my orders done in a timely fashion!
Now if shipping was free for orders pluses $99.00 it would be perfect. Prompt deliry. E check is great.
Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Answer: We ship fully insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The default shipping option would be selected by the shipping team in accordance with our insurance policies and efficiency. Most, but not all, of our orders ship with a signature required. However, you can rest assured all of our orders are fully insured. If you want to be guaranteed a signature, we do offer the ability to add it on, it would be $4.95 for the signature plus $14.95 for our expedited shipping. We offer FedEx or USPS.
