My daughter loved it, my wallet cried:)Show was great, no problem with tickets and our seats were really nice. I did find out that seats next to us were selling for more than 50 % less than what i paid so that was little bit disappointing
Phenomenal show put on by all the artists. Garths high energy and crowd interaction made everyone feel he was there just for them. Trisha was great and wish we could have heard more from her and Garth together.
The best play Ive seen so far. Never heard of it until a few months ago so I was unsure if it would be as good as the ones I saw in New York or Chicago but it was even better. Also the stage sets were amazing!
I ordered two tickets and they were sent out immediately electronically. Very happy with the service I received and looking forward to seeing the concert
Purchasing processing on the site was easy and fees were lower than I have seen, but unfortunately the tickets were counterfeit and we were turned away at the event. After a few days of phone calls and emails, I was able to ultimately get a full refund but this was unfortunate because I was taking an out-of-town guest to the event. The site has no way of verifying the validity of ticket you might purchase so you are taking a chance of getting counterfeits if you buy here. The actual ticket seller (MB Tickets) was the real group at fault on this and they admitted that they had given me copies of tickets they had already sold to another customer. Giant mess - avoid it somehow if possible.
I got really good seats at face value for the Pittsburgh Pirates vs. the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field! There were some issues with my original tickets already being sold but the vendor quickly contacted me and worked with me to rectify the situation. I was so happy with the tickets- the seats were better than I expected!
Friends and I did a trip to Pittsburgh to take in 2 Pirates games at PNC Park. We got our tickets on Score Big at the suggestion of another friend. Things could not have gone any smoother. In 2018 we will browse your selection and if we see what we want we will use Score Big again without fail.
Miss the old Scorebig way of doing things. Having to buy a ticket off of another person, get charged "convenience" fees and "handling" fees almost double the amount I spent. If it wasnt for the great game we witnessed, I probably wont be buying much from Scorebig.
The interface was pleasant and easy to use. However, I wish the fees had been stated up front, instead of being surprised with the incredibly high fees at the end. Other similar sites provide an option to view price with fees early in the process so that you can see your all in cost. Without this is felt it was more of a bait and switch.
I always make sure to check a few sites when looking for tickets. I will usually end up a getting them from here because after all the fees the prices are pretty close. I still find it absolutely infuriating that there is a "delivery fee" on top of the service fee for downloading tickets. I at the very least what to have the name changed to anchorage the absurdity of that idea.
Other then the poorly named fee, I like the service. I wish there were a better way to compare multiple show times and dates. It would be nice not to have to flip back and forth to compare prices for different times.
My tickets were for a game at Wrigley Field. At the time of purchase I was told by seller that tickets would be available for download 4/29. They were not. I emailed seller and got no response. 46 hours prior to the event, I was emailed instructions on how to download the tickets via MLB app. A lot of anxious waiting could have been avoided if seller had given clear and accurate directions at time of purchase. I also bought similar tickets for another game at Wrigley (same series) from Stub Hub and they were cheaper.
I don't understand how service fees add up to $40 more to the selling price. Maybe that's not a problem towards the score big team though I'm not fond of this system.
The seats we got through Score Big were great. We enjoyed an unobstructed view of the sporting event we attended. The tickets were sent for immediate download. I would prefer to be advised of the per ticket service fee much earlier in the process, definitely before I give my credit card information.
I'm not sure if I'll use this sight again because it wasn't much cheaper than had I bought it from Ticketmaster. Was surprised to see the expensive service fee. Finally I called for clarification regarding my tickets and seemed too wait exorbitantly long.
Horrible! NEVER AGAIN will I use Score Big. A rip off. Service fee and delivery fees are unrealistic.
1. Service fee of almost $14 per ticket. That total cost equalted to buying two tickets.
2. I had extreme difficulty downloading tickets. Directions were bad. I spent lots of time calling and emailing to get the tickets downloaded. Worse yet I was charged $7.95 for delivery. I should have been paid for the pain I went through.
3. Had trouble reaching customer service representatives.
4. Apps that needed to be downloaded did not do as advertised.
We bought tickets for Yankees Red Sox last Saturday in the Jim Beam Suite section. We were excited by the prospect of being able to use the suite during the game in addition to our perceived great seats. This was not the case. Not noted anywhere in the ticket description was the fact that the tickets were standing room only and no access was allowed to the suite with these particular seats. My son could not the game from our designated seats. The stadium employees could not help us because we bought the tickets through a third party.
I called Score Big about the ticket issues and the apparent misrepresentation in the ticket description. Their response was to pass the buck and give me the name of the ticket seller. Despite taking a service fee to sell the tickets, they apparently feel they have no part in ensuring customer satisfaction with the tickets.
Very disappointed by your lack of transparency regarding fees. In excess of $50 USD per ticket is outrageous for a service fee. Really my $179 ticket (which i thought was a bargain) was $229 as stated on my ticket. Be more transparent and you'll get better ratings.
On the plus side, the customer service on the phone was very helpful.
Scorebig was a great site for tickets because of the "name your own price" gimmick or that the price listed was the price you pay. However, it is now nothing more than a ticket master lite. Disappointing.
Electronic tickets weren't transferred until about 5 hours before the event which made things very tense. Took two phone calls to ScoreBig support to get info on when the tickets would be delivered. More communication and detailed ticket tracking would be an improvement.
Good; however, it still weirds me out that some else's name is in the ticket and not mine. It does not feel comfortable.
Us there something that you can do about this. I bet you sales would increase.
