Biggest ripoff! I spent £400 on a scooter what came with flat back tyre, broken badket, broken light, doesnt hold charge. Wen wanting a refund, i have to pay £30 to send it back, send a letter to?
I had saved up for this and am now very very disappointed! I will b tryimg to stop payment

DO NOT order a scooter from scooter city, Jokers!
I paid for a scooter 2 months ago, still haven't received the scooter, now I just want my money back and no refund as yet, the customer service is appalling, I feel robbed. My advise DO NOT order from scooter city. NEVER
