The perfume came this afternoon. I have to say that the fragrance is exactly how I remember it. So awesome that I can wear it again. Also nice to be able to order it on line. It was my husbands favoriate fragrance, on me. He passed away on June 19,2019. That's why I renamed it "Bittersweet". It brings back many fond memories. Thank-you!
My mom loves a perfume called 'Trouble' and I couldn't find it, only to find out that it was discontinued. She was a bit heartbroken so I when I saw an ad for this site last year I knew I had to try it. She says it smells just like the real thing too. I worried it wouldn't show up in time for Christmas, but it was here in plenty of time. It was my mistake not to have any writing on the bottle, I thought that was like including a gift note sort of thing. Thanks, made mom's Christmas!
The scent they "custom" made for me smells like rotten food in an antique store. They refused to give me a refund when weeks before I purchased, they offered a full refund if I was not happy. Now they have changed their policy and I am stuck with this awful bottle of crap. Horrible company. Horrible communication. Horrible scents. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
It is extremely difficult to get real customer service. They would not send a refund or comply with any of their promises. You will never get them by phone so don't even waste your time -- you can try 20 times every day of the week and they will never reply nor return your calls. They are there to take your money, even if they never send you a product or they send a fraudulent chemical. They take every shortcut they can and are completely without honor. If you think you get 3 tries, guess again. They will reply to 5% of your emails and those existing emails will be copy-pasted replies that do not address your concern. I wasted so much of my life on this. Don't let them waste yours.

The first order I recieved was a heavier scent than the cologne we had requested but the company was quick to fix this and send us a revised scent which was a perfect match! We are super happy with the customer service and the cologne wee recieved! We are customers for life <3
Just wanted to tell you I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! It's been 40+ years since I wore Mist of Amberwood and I was heartbroken when they quit making it. THIS SCENT IS AWESOME AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have ordered three times from Scentmatchers; Gucci No 1, Aphrodisia (originally from Fabrege), and the latest was the old Chloe from the 70's. I've been extremely happy every time. It reminds me of fun times when I was younger. With the Chloe, it reminds me of my sweet mother. I will continue to order in the future.

I purchased Diane Vonferstenberg's "Love Diane" and "Guilda" I purchased at Soft Surroundings.
I was very anxious to get them after reading all the great reviews. Finally they came but they are no where close to these fragrences. One smells like cheap vanilla and the other lilac something you'd get at a dollar store.
I never should have order both! I should have ordered 1 to see how it was or they should offer a sample size so saving me almost $200.00 that I'll throw in the garbage saving the sewers...
Just received my order of "Miss Dior Cherie". Dior discontinued the original and replaced with something with the same name but a completely different scent. But yours smells exactly like the original. So glad I found your company! I'll definitely order from you again

Scammers. That says it all. Steer far away from this business. Ordered ICI by Cody and does not smell anything like what a woman would wear. My wife of 31 years was very excited to receive this as a 30th anniversary gift, as Cody does not make their perfume anymore. SHAME ON YOU FOR LYING. I HOPE YOU BURN IN A DEVILS HE((. You discust me in a way I cannot profess here and if I could meet you in person I challenge you to a DUEL. NOT JOKING. YOU are foul and a LIAR. Perfect match to my favorite Mary Kay "Intrigue" from the 60's/70's(?)... and it works perfectly with my chemistry just like the original!
I was pleased with the Jovan Mink and Pearls recreation. Cotton ball test with original and new are very close. Scentmatchers products are cruelty free and this is important to me. Customer Service was responsive and professional (asked about cruelty free and delivery update). Big bottle, nice satin pouch and free body lotion. Worth the price. Pleased with purchase.
They claim to be a family company but they are just scammers, they sent to me a solution that smells really bad, nothing even close, not even an effort, I realize and I'm totally convince they send everybody the same solution that stinks really bad, they are just con artist out there taking your money, and I'm convince the good reviews you read, they written them.
The only perfume I wore for years was discontinued - Sun, Moon & Stars by Karl Lagerfeld. After being unable to find any for sale anyplace, I turned to ScentMatchers. I received my shipment this afternoon, and am as pleased as can be. It smells exactly the same! After having received so many compliments on "how good I smelled" over the years, I'm looking forward to hearing it again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
