I had ordered A scent called dante centurian, I don't know what they sent Me but it wasn't even close. In fact it stunk. I can't get through to then on their 800 # and I left them a email with no response. It's My openion not to do business with this co.
My experience was POSITIVE! Specifically, I ordered Borghese XII, fragrance and lotion. It is an excellent reproduction. All of the notes are captured beautifully. The exciting thing for me is that it is bringing me back to the time when I originally wore it, which was a very positive time in my life! Service was FAST- I couldn't be happier- thank you!
I found my desired perfume listed in their choices so I figured they would have the forumla down pat. WRONG! I got something my 90-year-old grandmother wouldn't even wear. I had to put the FexEx envelope in the garage because the scent was just awful! Would NOT recommend this business!
I ordered Folle de joie by Joie, it was my FAVORITE and was discontinued, i should have known this would have been too good to be true. It smells like cat piss and cannot even gift this to somebody. This is definitley a scam. Buyer beware. No returns or exchanges.
This company rocks. Very pleased with my fragrance. Victorias Secret discontinued my favorite perfume and I was desperate to find a bottle. Saw Scentmasters add on line and thought I would give it a try. WOW I was so pleased with the scent and your choice of bottle, personalizing the engraving and the size and price! Will reorder again and again. Thank you for a great customer support team and a great product.
I ordered Herve Leger Paris, and the "perfume" that was shipped to me wasn't even close to being in the same ballpark. It smelled absolutely terrible... cheap, disgusting, and absolutely unwearable. I washed it off me after about an hour because I couldn't take the stink anymore. I sent an email to ScentMatchers expressing my dissatisfaction with their product, and they never even gave me the courtesy of a reply. Do not waste your money here. A total ripoff, and a complete disappointment.
I was so excited to try ScentMatchers because my favorite perfume in the whole world, "Promise Me" by Aeropostale (light blue bottle), was discontinued, and it was usually $12 at Aeropostale and now sells used for $100 on eBay. I received my order from Scentmatchers yesterday and although it's a very pleasant smell it does not smell like Promise Me at all. I understand everyone smells things differently but I was very disappointed:(
I almost want to send them my old bottle of Promise Me so they can replicate it a little better. If I have any other discontinued perfumes I will still try ScentMatchers since they are a great family business, so hopefully better luck next time!
I ordered a pefume I created... as in I chose the notes. It smelled awful (I created it though so thats my fault) the perfume lasted ALL day, so they use great ingredients. The bottle was pretty and was sent fast. However, I tried to contact them to try again because the smell was gross. I was asking if they had record of the order so I wouldnt make the same mistake twice. The response I got had nothing to do with my order or ingredients, basically ignored my question. Lame. And that sucks because I know its good quality. I also searched on Fragrance social site and no one had a good thing to say about the customer service. A few tweeks I am sure it would be good. Jennifer (the rep responding on here)... She is accusing people of making up several accounts. Defensive is not service. It can be possible people do not like your product. Ignoring the issue seems to be company wide though. Plus scentmatchers is in Gaylord Mi. Not Beverly Hills Ca. Huge difference.
Whatever they sent me wasn't even close to the original and actually smelled terrible. Thought there had to be some mistake. Had them resend. Nope. Second one was just as bad. Just some sort of scam with no refund policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I was looking for a gift for by best friend's 60th birthday and I remembered that she like Anne Pliska perfume. When I went to Nordstrom's they told me it was not longer in production. I went to my source for all products AMAZON, and they directed me to ScentMatchers. I was pleasantly surprised that the perfume smelled just like Anne Pliska. I really like the option of choosing your own bottle and personalization of the bottle. My friend was ecstatic to have her favorite scent and a personalized bottle. I had a few questions and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely use ScentMatchers again.
Sent what they say matched. No Way! I sent the actual perfume to them 2 more no matches. I'm out my perfume and I'm out my money. They do NOT match. Don't waste your money. No guarantee with this company. Do not order Lilu from this placeplace.
Just got my bottle of perfume Scentmakers made up for me. I ordered the "old" formula of Opium and it is wonderful! I had my doubts but the scent is terrific. I am so glad I gave this a chance, it is well worth it. I am sure I will order in the future, I am so happy with this!

My first cologne was "Lilies of the Valley. Have worn this for 50years. My husband located ScentMatchers and ordered for me Lilies of the Valley. I lost my husband recently but have the engraved bottle in which I will always keep along with SCENTMATCHERS and my scent Lilies of the Valley. Don't ever leave. Thank you for the memories. M. Burns
Ordered perfume and paid for express two day shipping have yet to receive product. Ordered on january 26th and still waiting as of February 15th. Can't review product, but shipping sucks don't pay for express shippin! Hate to see how long it would take for regular shipping.
I always loved Boucheron Saphir and was bummed when they stopped producing it. I saw this website and wasnt sure if they could really match it. They can and I am so happy with my fragrance! I may try another favorite, Deneuve, next time.

The scent I ordered was Interlude by Frances Denney, sorry to say, they did not match the scent, it almost smells like lime after shave. I have worn Interlude for 50+ years and it is no longer available, I was hoping for a miracle and am really disappointed, so I guess I'll just shop for a new scent.
I placed an order on Jan 11. I still have not received my perfume. I'm getting nothing but a run around from the company. I received a delivery notification from Fed Ex, saying they delivered my order, they didn't. The very next day, I got a notice from UPS, saying they were waiting to receive the pkg from Scentmasters, and that all they have is the info that a shipping label has been created by the company. They're still waiting to receive the pkg, to ship it. Worst customer service ever! If I ever receive my perfume, I will never order from them again, no matter how good it smells. If the order isn't here this coming week, I will be reporting them to BBB.
My husband worked at Caesars Palace and always bought me Caesars Woman and Ferentina Perfume. Now they're discontinued. I found ScentMatchers and asked for Caesars Woman. What they sent wasn't as I remembered it so I then asked for Ferentina. It arrived and I was very happy. I appreciated that they worked with me and didn't charge me all over again.
I will use them again and they were happy to work with me.

Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
