This bed is incredibly uncomfortable. I got the 3 layer bed. I've tried every configuration possible and it's either too hard or too soft. I injured my back sleeping on it. If you order a bed online get something you can return. You don't want to be out $2500 like I am.

We purchased the split sides king size mattress from a local store. We were told that the mattrass had the warranty of 30 years, price was around $4,000. The mattress did not smell and was comfortable. Lateley the mattress started exuding unpleasant odor of old rubber, simmilar to the odor tennis balls have when they are brand new. I opened the cover only to discover that the mattress was crumbling all along edges. I sent pictures to the Savvy Co. They tried to convince me that it was a natural process of rubber oxidizing. They suggested vacuuming the crumbes and dust and continue to use it. They claim a 20 year warranty now. I cannot imagine what the intensity of smell and the crumbling in 10 more years. Absolute disappointment!

I just bought a vitality topper, received it 3 days ago, it is too soft. I asked over the phone what is the ild, the representative stated we don't use ild because it is misleading and when I insisted she stated between 22-26. The topper ild in my opinion is less than 14. Very soft, I hit bottom layer

DO NOT RECOMMEND>unless they can devise another way to deal with the filling issue, the Savvy latex pillow is ridiculous. 1st instinct upon receiving knew it would be problematic so did not remove pillow from wrap. Contact Customer Service, refused an exchange. Followed "customization" instructions, unzip & remove filling. Exactly as I feared, >HUGE PROBLEM> little can be done, no matter how careful to avoid the incredibly stupid mess with bits of crumbled latex flying everywhere, sticking to skin & difficulty removing it from outside pillow & any other fabric it lands on! Never enjoy writing negative reviews but hopefully this will help in making a choice when spending $100 for a pillow. The 2nd star is for the quality & comfort being good if you can past the mess.
