We needed cell service for one week for a hunting trip. I explained this to the sales person but somehow we ended up with a 12 month commitment.
With the early termination fee I paid over $400 for a service that didn't even work.
Do yourself a favor and go elswhere...
Just like everyone else, they say what needs to be said to sell, then when it comes time to honor the agreement, they don't. Get everything in writing.

Couldn't have been More helpful in answering questions about my needs and more easy to deal with. Product arrived sooner than I expected, however a shipping notification would have been the cherry on top so I could assure I was onsite for UPS delivery. It happened that I was so all was good, but wasn't aware of its arrival until UPS drove up. I am out in mountainous region so to have my new 9575 as a no fail way to keep in touch was just what my kids wanted out of me!

If you buy Inmarsat satellite phone through Satellite Phone Store, you pay for the service monthly. However, once the contract is up after allotted amount of time, your ROLL OVER MINUTES WILL NOT CONTINUE UNLESS YOU CONTINUE THE MONTHLY SERVICE OR PLACE YOUR PHONE ON STANDBY at about $20 per month which is significantly less. BEWARE!

I got the $109/mo plan (usa number, 150 minutes, rollover) and never used the phone as planned. At the end of 10 months, I elected to return the phone because I had never used it. The rep, Tyler, and billings, said return "the phone" and I would be able to cancel the contract without a newly revealed early termination penalty. Strike one. So I returned the phone, as well as the accessories with the phone (charger, cable, usb drive, etc in the original box) not thinking I was obligated to return them as neither Tyler nor the billing dept ever said anything. The billing department used terminology like "the unit," which was undefined. Strike two. After returning the phone and those accessories, I was told by Tyler I would continue to be charged unless I returned the SIM card. First I ever heard that I have to return the SIM card. Tyler was also very rude and unprofessional. Strike three. I returned the SIM card after digging in the trash and looking everywhere for it. This is by far the worst experience I have had with any vendor. I paid over $850 in monthly fees for the "free phone," and was spat at when miscommunicated to. I will avoid this vendor, this sales rep, and satellite phones in general in the future. What an incredible waste of money. Here's the SIM card, you jerks!
ORDERED PHONE, COULD NOT GET TO WORK. THEN THEY TELL ME WON'T WORK IN MY AREA. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT WHEN I ORDERED IT? HAD TO BUY MORE EXPENSIVE ONE. SO WHILE i AM ORDERING NEW ONE TO WORK IN MY AREA, I GET CHARGED FOR THE OLD ONE AND THE NEW ONE MONTHLY FEES! POOR SERVICE, UNETHICAL PEOPLE. I HAD ALSO ORDERED A DOCKING STATION. WOULD NOT WORK IN MY AREA, NEW IN BOX, RETURNED AND THEY SAID IT WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP, DEDUCTED OVER $100 FROM REFUND. THE ITEM HAD NEVER BEEN OUT OF THE BOX, SO IF IT WAS SCRATCHED UP THEY DID IT. DO NOT LISTEN THE GUYS PROMOTING THIS, THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!
The company is a total fraud. Buy from competitors instead.
They tricked me into buying a device from them claiming it has an extra accessory never included in the package. Then sent me the dated device instead of new one and refused to send me warranty certificate despite my multiple requests.
Refused to cancel the order as well despite I have complete proof of cheating by their sales team.
Also they advertise false BGAN Flex pricing tiers for years. I thought it was a mistake a few years ago when started renting with them (never again after the fraud mentioned above!) and asked them to correct it on the website. They «agreed» by never corrected it.
The store and staff were good and helpful. Product -- not so much.
Very helpful phone customer service. However, the phone arrived a day later than promised, even though I paid an exorbitant shipping price. The phone, case and accessories were filthy, which is totally unacceptable during covid 19. When I called to ask if your products were cleaned before rental, a rather unpleasant man said the usually were, but because of the hurricanes they weee being shipped out sometimes without being cleaned. The phone worked fine. When I tried to place the phone into the fedex package to return it, the package was half the size of the phone, so, in stead of safely ( covid wise) being able to place it in a fedex drop box, I had to drive 30 miles to the nearest fedex store.
The day before I was to send the phone back in, I received an email asking if I wanted to buy it. Because of the aforementioned experience with your company, I declined.
