All my 4 businesses use ATT internet and 5 wireless lines. Honestly I regret for switching my wireless lines to ATT.
I don't think Andrew and Lola were honest at the beginning. I think I've been misinformed and lied by Andrew.
As a company ATT punishes for being a long time loyal customer and keeps rising the prices. I wanted to pay off all phones and switch back to a different wireless company, but I've been told that I'll loose my traded phones (credits).Anyways, I'm considering to switch to a different company even if I loose money. I don't have time to check the bill and call customer service twice a month...
Dec 24-2024 on my busiest day of my year, my internet and 3 phone lines got disconnected, had to forward line to my cell, lost a lot money, today is Christmas still no service, will leave ATT as soon as possible and never again
I called in to order one business line for my business and was just wanting pricing and after all the questions about the business and still never got a quote but was told that because my business is run from my house that I was trying to defraud them and was transferred to the fraud department without any notice or explanation other than the lady I spoke to being rude as hell! I was told, " this is not a business, this is a small 2 bedroom house "! I have a reputable business and I am a accredited member of the BBB in St. Louis!
The second and third call were the same! This time I was asked if my business had an online presence and I said yes and told her to look up my business and that's when she hung up on me! Apparently people who run a small business from their home are not worthy and are treated like $#*! but after reading the reviews it worked out for the best!
Their thieves I opened 10 phone lines and internet for my business The guy who opened it opened 5 extra lines and a got a tablet now I have to pay $3500 because of this fraud and I called to report him atnt is no help horrible customer service
Get them on phone after a 4 minute wait to drop 1 of my 4 lines that was cancelled 5 months prior, but they just suspended it...so kept billing me...less than 5 minute conversation to be put on hold and never returned...worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere...LITERALLY!
I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years (started when they were Centurytel). I needed a new line for my business and I just wanted to add it to my current package. The business sales person sold me a whole new line and account without my knowledge, even though I already had a business account, including internet. Now I am trying to untangle and I have wasted 4 hours of valuable time. Hanging up on me after I have been on hold before I can even talk is bad customer service. Poor form.
I signed agreement for my business, I paid for it says that day nobody show up I called more than 20 times and nobody couldn't find my account. How Service is that, Even didn't let me just speak with the supervisor
I was talked into a mobile business service by the rep in the Riverdale AT&T store, cancelled in the store 5 days later, which is within the 14 day cancellation period, only to find out this was not the case, I went back into the store weeks later to advise, I began receiving collection notices, as well as calls for an outstanding balance. I was then advised he did everything he could and that would need to take time out of my day to go to the cooperate office to cancel again, due to the incompetence of the companies phone support. It is truly amazing this company remains in business, do yourself a favor and don't even consider this company for any service
We signed up for ATT Business services wireless network plans, as a small, seasonal, rural business. We received our network devices, sim cards, but no phones. It took us 3 months to correct billing for phones we never received. ATT NEVER once sent us an actual billing statement. The only way we knew about our statements was from disconnect notices! Since we are seasonal, I set up to 'suspend' our services and pay a $15 monthly fee for the network devices to keep the account open and the numbers reserved. Still NO BILLING statements. After the initial contact, it was nearly impossible to reach our account 'rep'. And calling their generic customer service number took forever to get to the correct person - who STILL couldn't help us. After 7 months, they sent our closed account to collections!? Seriously? Who is in charge of this circus? (Answer: No One!)
Do not switch to this carrier, their customer service is just poorly trained. Always have problem witht their network. Would not recommend to anyone and will leave once my contract is up. Terrible services on all areas.
They put me on a business plan.These thieving f*cks actually doubled my bill. For a year I fought about this. They have stolen a little over 500 dollars from me by calling the business plan cheaper. I was a new customer and didn't know any better. You have been warned. My whole family had left AT&T over similar $#*!. I should have listened to family.
We are over a year trying to resolve a billing problem on AT&T's end that caused them to overcharge us for an Internet line that wasn't even in use while note routing our autopay to the line that was in use. The departments cannot connect with each other (e.g billing can't see service, service can't speak with sales, etc), so NO ONE ever has any idea what's going on. We've had three reps in this year who changed departments (shocking), leaving us to start from ground zero each time. We are in over 60 HOURS trying to resolve this issue. We've been told countless times someone will contact us and they never have. The sales team will pursue you to the ends of the earth, and once you're in, you'll never hear from the company again.
In my professional career, I've never dealt with a more inept, unprofessional, and outright failure of a company.
AT&T spent several months trying to switch our business to VOIP. In the process, they shut off our internet service for one day and disconnected our voice service for 2 business days! Our business depends heavily on our internet and phone service. It should never have been disconnected in the first place. When we complained, they misled and lied to us about when it would be restored. Terrible customer service representative. Rude and defensive.
If you have a choice of different internet providers, DO NOT CHOOSE AT&T. I have a dedicated fiber connection that took over a year to get installed and running. Customer service transfers you on average 8 times ending in a non US agent stating this is the wrong department. They sent equipment that was not used and will not provide an address to send equipment back. Everything involved with AT&T has been a nightmare.
I was told by my representative Leo that they would match my tmobile rates and after 3 months and over $2000 still have not done anything to fix my issue and doesn't respond to text or calls! I'm sure he received his commission and now he is on to the next victim.
I was paying $180 with Tmobile now with AT&T I have paid over $2000 in 3 months, now my $900 bill is coming up and still no word from my Representative (Leo) very frustrating and time consuming thank God for Amex!
The phone numbers provided in the ATT confirmation email do not work and technical support is an exercise in infinite hold. I'm trying to cancel the service before it is even installed. How hard can that be?
Going around in circles to get cell service to work is unacceptable. Waste of money for really awful service! Mangers lie, lie and continue lying. Don't bother with this company!
Please save yourself your time and energy. They are impossible to cancel. Easy to sign up and pay, but you can't cancel and they will bill you forever.
AT&T Small Business is a joke. Their services are expensive, hard to use and their customer service is impossible to get a hold of. You can't cancel services online, you have to call them and wait on hold forever and also their phone hours are not convenient. I wouldn't use them again if I had a choice.
Horrible service with horrible policies and they lie and lie and lie to get u signed up and then it's a PAIN in the $#*! to cancel/change anything! If u have any other possible providers, GO with THEM! I can't possibly imagine anybody being worse then AT&T! Stay away.
