I answered an online ad for cell phone service for my business and received a call. Got hooked up and seemed like everything was going great. Phones were supposed to come in a few days so I went online and ordered cases and screen protectors for them so we could hand them out when they got here. After many calls to several people, one month later, still no phones and they canceled the contract.
Another person calls and try to set me up with a new contract. They give me a new deal on a different phone and it's been too long so now I can't return the cases and such for the other phone but I give them another shot. Waste of time again. They say the program is having issues and they can't give me the deal they just promised me. Blame it on my credit score (which is 820). They stop returning my calls. Now I'm very frustrated so I call and try to talk to a manager or someone, but I guess I called the wrong customer care line (fiber instead of celluar) and that person rather than tell me that just hangs up on me. I called the right number and the person asked me to give them one more shot. Re-sent in all my info and now it's been a week and still nothing, even after contacting them and being told they were working on setting up my account and promised not to "ghost me."
Never received anything
AT7T LOCAL OFFICE ALLOWED SOMEONE TO BUY AND EXPENSIVE PHONE AND PUT IT ON OUR ACCOUNT. I HAVE TRIED EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO INFORM AT7T THAT THIS WAS NOT AN AUTHORISED PURCHASE, I EVEN SENT THEM A LTTER BY CERTIFIED MAIL, AND NO ANSWER.
THEY ALSO SENT AN APPLE WATCH WHICH NO ONE IN MY COPANY ORDERED, I TOLD THEM IT HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED AND WE HAVE NO USE FOR IT. ALL THEY DO IS SEND ANOTHER BILL. I HAVE SPENT OVER 3 HOURS THIS AM, LISTENING TO ONE RECORDERING AFTER ANOTHER. FINALLY GOT SOME WOMAN ON THE PHONE, SHE ASKED THAT I HOLD ON THE SHE EITHER HUNG UP OR WE GOT CUT OFF. IGOT ANOTHER GUY ON THE PHONE AND AFTER NUMEROUS QUESTIONS, GAVE ME A NUMBEER TO CALL, AND OF COURSE AROBOT ANSWERED AND ASKED FOR A 4 DIGET CODE, TOLD IT I DINT KNOW IT, OF COURSE THE ROBOT REPLIED THAT IS NOT A GOOD NUMBER. IHAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT LIKE AT&T, THAT FEELS THEY ARE TOO DAMN BIG TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR PROBLEMS. I HAVE MADDE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE SPECTRUM HANDLE MY CELL SERVICE AND LAND LINE, THAT WILL PROBABLY SAVE US $300.00 OR $400.00 A MONTH BUT
MUST HAVE A AT&T PIN NUMBER TO GET IT DONE. GOOD LUCK GETTING IT OVER THE PHONE. I AM GOIN TO THE LOCAL AT&T OFFICE THIS PM, BUT WILL PROBABLY GET THE SAME RUN AROUND, SO I GUESS MY NAXT STOP WILL BE TO A LAWYERS OFFICE.
