The salesman (my salesperson was Jason) was outstanding during the purchase process. He was very patient and took lots of time answering my questions and explaining how a satellite phone works. I was looking at other websites too, but kept coming back to the Satellite Phone Store because of how they handled the purchase process. If you are in the market for a satellite phone, I highly recommend these folks.

Nicole was great and answered my questions, and the check out experience went smoothly. Very satisfied so far! The only thing I would suggest is clarify the available area codes on the website. I got one with a Texas area code, but would have preferred an Alaska area code. Otherwise great experience!

Do not trust these people!
They sold incomplete equipment with no firewall. Then cleaned $******* out of my bank account BEFORE telling us the unit was not optimized. All subsequent contact has been dismissed or ignored.
They have made no effort whatsoever to resolve this, other than to demand $8400 more!
For 5 short phone calls, a few dozen emails and two web queries that couldn't load, this is in no way reasonable!

My teammate and I couldn't have made the trip across the Pacific without our Iridium 9555 that you provided. The equipment was in superb condition, worked beautifully, and kept us connected to our families and support teams, even through 4 hurricanes. Thank you for everything, I will definitely recommend Sat Phone Store to all of my adventurous friends and will continue to use you guys for all my future expeditions.

It was all great, I had every help necessary throughout the process and there was always someone available to help out whenever needed. The product arrived within the time stipulated and it was all set up to go, as arranged prior.

Phone worked well. No issues contacting 3,000 miles away. Must have the phone outside for a clear view of the sky. For a permanent use on a boat I would recommend an outside antenna.
