Limits on buying
September 19, 2021

Was in sam's club today and an associate came up to me and very disrespectfully said you are only aloud 3 cases of water and started unloading my cart. I walked out and went to another store to get what I need. Sam's club stop putting limits on stuff to get people in your store more often I know the tricks. If this continues I will not be renewing my membership.

Frozen food section shrinking.
Stopped today to get their large bag of mixed stir fry vegetables. Now under sign that says vegetable was fruit. They used to have great selection of frozen everything. Now not so. Off to Costco I go.

Sam's Credit Cards

If I could give a negative review I would. I was issued a card, was happy, given a credit limit. Have been making my payments on time, logged in and found my credit was reduced by $100, no notice given, called customer service and was told they could not tell me why it was reduced. Very rude agents, will no longer shop at Sam's. Check your produce as well, fuzzy strawberries

Fueling Car Up

For anyone who has or is a Walmart member do not go to SAMS CLUB it accepts you qr-code enter payment a small glitch then nothing however your account is still debt. And don't go to so call customer no service they are no help either. Rather pay few cents more that deal with this frustration. We do however gave our lawyers something to do will share results with y'all.

Allowed ourselves to be swindled by the AT&T reps that swore my bill would go from $180 to $100 but guess what, my bill is exactly the same as it was with Verizon. We are retired seniors and wanted our bills to go down but I get no help from their customer service who lie constantly and never get the same answer from their reps. I contacted Sam's Club about it and they told me I would get a phone call from their customer service and never did! Very disappointed in both companies.

Yesterday I placed an order to pick up and was not able to make it back from North Raleigh to pick it up at the Durham NC club. This occurrence has happened before and I picked up my items the next day.
While working I received a text that my order was cancelled. Never have I not picked my order up_late b/c of for weather reasons or late coming back to this club. Yet no respect shown me. I have witnessed associates holding white club members orders and carry the order to their car and are told for some insignificant reason that they no longer wanted it same client on many occasion I was told yet I am a life long member of Sams since my days in New Orleans. Never cancelled an order. I've never not picked up an order the next day and look at the blatant disrespect I received. Keep this in mind when supporting this store. They prove to have no long term respect for their members only a mouth filled with learned excuses that remain unacceptable.

Over promise under deliver is Sam's Club Motto

I upgraded to the plus program to have the availability of ordering and picking up items because I'm very busy. I have been in the store and they've had plenty of stock on an item that they have out of stock on their ordering platform. They charge all this extra money, and then you can't even use the services. I've been a member of BJ's wholesale club for many years and they have never done any of this. Matter of fact, BJ's wholesale club offers free pick up with their membership it doesn't have a gimmick of paying extra for services. They should already have included. Needless to say after this year, I will never be part of Sam's Club ever again because of their way of doing business.

We've been calling Sam's Club Tire and Battery for weeks. I even called many locations. The results were the same. Their voice message sounds like they appreciate our business but it's not enough appreciation when they do NOT answer our calls. I even tried the "O" operator and no answer there either. Today I did the Online Chat for almost an hour and was told to call the store to find out the status. But that was the reason I did Online Chat... no one answers the phone at the store. What a BAD way to do business. We had the same experience this summer when my auto needed a battery/tires. Joanna V

Ever since the pandemic started, my wife lost her job directly due to pandemic situation. Due to this situation and her industry still has not opened up, I began to pay down my Sam's Club credit card so if we needed funds for backup to buy groceries, I would have it available. After making much progress paying much more than minimum, Sam's Club credit decided to lower my limit so all my progress was for nothing. I made a complaint and all they said was apply for a credit line increase, knowing it would not work, I did so. A very pleasant customer service person called me and said they could not increase my limit back to where it was. During these times, I feel this is unacceptable for a company that states they have the community interest in mind. I have never been late with a payment in the 10 years I had this account. Nothing I can do but spread the message.

Bad lazy cart attendents

My family and I were at sams around 1 pm and there were no carts when I asked them if they had any they said no and started talking to each other. Not the first time that this has happened with these two boys

After calling membership services several times during store hours and no one answered I finally got through to a VERY rude women that put me on hold and never picked up again. I tried another store and called again this time I got a nice man who said he was transferring me to the membership services department where again no one answered. We'll be cancelling our membership as soon as possible. On a positive note we are fortunate to also have a Costco very close by. We joined today and the lady was absolutely great! The difference between the two companies was like night and day.

DONT DO BUSINESS

Don't do business with this company this company went into my banking account and removed over $300 without authorization and basically all i got is someone will contact me via email in 5 days and sorry for any inconvenience well sorry don't cut it they stole from me and refused to make it right

Purchased photo cards for Christmas and paid $10 for next business day delivery on 12/7. Called customer service five times, in the Philippines, with multiple unfulfilled promises and even cancelled order. I was still charged and received photo cards on 12/24! Absolutely ridiculous, cancelling my Sams Club membership and disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I have been a customer for more than a decade. I shopped there on Friday night. I was not asked if I wanted to renew my membership or upgrade. My current membership is $45.00 per year. At 3:34 am Tuesday morning they charged $100.00 dollars to my debit card. My bank fraud unit called me at 8:30 am to inquire if this was an authorized transaction. When I told them no they put a hold on my card. I have had to make multiple calls between the bank and Sam's customer service to get this fixed. They cannot refund the money today unless I go into the store which is 100+ miles away but did agree to email me a $55.00 gift card. Seems predatory to me. I don't want to pay them $100.00 a year to spend my money in their store.

I have been a member of Sam's Club for a few years now. I enjoy the in-store savings on a lot of the products. But during Christmas i shopped on-line for a mini fridge. It looked like a good deal, great price. But after receiving the item. There were a few dents throughout the fridge, also the fridge does not get cold enough to be of much use.

3 pallets to unload. (Mattresses) warehouse refuses to unload me. They want me to wait 2 1/2 hours. Doors are open. Currently still saying. Not able to contact lance de le Rosa. I wish managers would communicate and answer phones. Hopefully this reverie reaches the top so they know what's going on.

One bad experience
September 10, 2021

I bought Vienna sausage on August 21 from the Sam's Club in Matthew's and today I just found the most disgusting thing in my Vienna sausage which my child almost ate. I took them back to Sam's club and the manager didn't look too concerned. The only thing he said was okay. I had to ask customer service for a refund back and I told them to throw that in the trash. I will not buy anything package again that I can not see from them.

I have had no problems but only use them for very specific purchases. I go to the store twice a year to stock up on large volume paper and plastic household supplies. Examples include paper towels, paper napkins, bathroom tissue, plastic cups, plastic cutlery, paper plates, and the like. I seldom purchase food items, electronics, or clothing items. I stick with what I know. No disappointments.

I love Sam's club for the low prices and great quality items. They also have great benefits if you are a plus member. Just wished the store I shop in did not change opening hours to 8 am instead of 7 am. Big difference and shopping less because of the hour change is inconvenient for me as a night worker. Still a great place to shop.
