Stay away from sams credit card. You have to jump through hoops to pay your bill. I only owe $26.00 but can't get it paid. I'm sure whoever the rip off company is that handles the card is hoping people are late paying their bill. GOOD BYE sams.
Purchased a package of Center Cut Pork Chops. Very disappointed out of 8 chops 3 of them were bad. Two were so thin, and the other was tick with a lot of grizzle and fat. It was like purchasing a package of assorted. I talked to some friends that had the same problem, it was like Sam,s Club is now deceiving their customers with false packaging. I don't know if all Sam's locations are doing the same, but the Mansfield Tx store I will definitely think twice before I buy meat there. It's a shame because I have always purchased my meat there.
They solicited me to join their club with a $45 credit to offset the annual membership fee within 72 hours. 144 hours later it's still not there and they now have to escalate but still can't tell me when. In addition to the horrible website that peppers you with pop up ads, has horrible product search functionality, and very incomplete product descriptions; customer service Chat is useless.
Not only is the quality level & choice declining for products. They also stick you with the worst credit card on the planet. Forget about using the "MasterCard" like a real credit card if you travel out of your billing state. Only card I have that still requires "travel notifications" & then it only works for 30 days at a time & that's only in the continental US. I can't imagine the nightmare it would cause for international travel. Back to Costco until Sam's dumps Synchrony.
Amelia, who is a checker at the Logan Utah Sam's Club is a wonderful asset to your store. She went out of her way to help me. She is always smiling and very positive. I wish we could have more people like her in the service industry. Thank you for a great experience tonight.
This month's sales flyer listed items that are out of stock in the New Port Richey store. Not the first time.
Note: The gas line is exceedingly difficult. Lines are long because of the bad organization. Must line up in the parking lot with islands that prevent cars being in an orderly fashion. Also, some customers start at the wrong end and block the lines. Most of the time you need to go through a line with your gas tank on the wrong side. This causes you to stretch the hose over the car. This has been the situation for months.
Just heard of a loyal employee being fired for giving ribs destined for the trash to some of the maintenance people. In a time where we are asked to be kind to each other and help others, this is what he got in return from some manager who was so unkind and unforgiving. Really! He gave food to a couple of hungry workers. Not food that could be sold. The company lost no money. I notice Sam's is always there for the positive moment in the press. How is this happening?
Just got my Sam's club sale flier and they tell me I have instant savings $2 off this $3 off that but they forget to tell you what the cost of the items are. What am I getting $2 off an item that was inflated in price. Great sale. The flier is now at the bottom of my garbage can absorbing dumpster juice.
I shopped at 4 stores today and went to the bank. I was home before that elitist sams club opened their doors to me. I have a membership. The corporate management totally miss out on millions of sales.

I tried to order online Samsung Refrigerator that was on sale but it would not allow me. I went to the store which they could not help, so I contacted Sam's online and three months of dealing with them. Here is their reply;
We understand your frustration and this is not the type of experience we want you to have. What we may suggest is to order a similar item online that can be shipped to your address.

What you see is NOT what you get. The weight on the 88/12% ground beef is significantly overstated. I bought several packages of this ground beef and most were labeled with weights ranging from 4.84 - 4.87lbs. All the packages actually weighed 4.1 - 4.3lbs. That's with tray and meat. I spoke with the manager at Sam's and was basically dismissed. Buyers beware.
Was in Sam's Club in Marietta. Ga purchasing some things and bought two 5lb bags of Mandarin Oranges for $7.75 per bag. I also had to go to Walmart across the street as well and notice the same size bag of Mandarin Oranges for $5.48 that is $2.28 cheaper. Tell me this isn't a RIP OFF.
We placed an order and received boxes containing the wrong parts to assemble our trampoline. After waiting weeks for the item to arrive only to get something that was unusable and multiple calls to customer service, I am still waiting on a refund. I will never order from Sam's Club online again. I'm still waiting on my money and God knows when they will solve this problem
My Sam's Club Master Card was lost or most likely stolen. It was used for $800-$1000 in charges for services, on line and a couple of which were at Sam Club itself. When we got the bill my wife called and paid the charges we had made which was up to a certain date She was told there would be no charges or fees and do not send payment for the balance until an investigation could be completed. After sending information a couple of times and several phone calls we were informed we "Benefited from the charges? After about 5 months they said we owed it so we just got tired and paid it. Less the extra charges and interest They had the balls to place a renewal fee on the bill. We cancelled the card and our membership! They really suck and we will never do business with these snakes again! Beware!~!
Sams' offered $45 off your 1st purchase if you bought I new membership. I paid for a membership but when I got to the checkout they laughed a t me and said I was too late.
I contacted them by phone (no easy task, by the way). After a week and 3 tries they said they would refund my money. I haven't got it, though. Sam's Club is worth $280.7 billion dollars as I write this and they have to cheat people out of $45.
Not only did my online order get processed to the wrong address but it has taken 5 phone calls and multiple incorrect responses from this company to try to fix the problem. Now I have been charged twice (over $4800) for their mistake. They literally told me to accept delivery of a hot tub to the WRONG address and then ask for a return/refund. Are you kidding me? Take delivery of a hot tub to the wrong address, have it sit in my driveway, then have it picked up by the same delivery service, and then delivered to the correct address because? Unbelievable to the nth degree...
Absolutely horrible customer service! I placed an order 22 days ago and received a FedEx tracking number immediately! FedEx never received the package and neither have I! I have talked to seven different customer service agents and one claiming to be a manager at the home office! Hung up on a real times, dropped on chats multiple times and still never been helped with resolving this problem! Still no package! No compensation! No refund! Just lie after lie, saying they would definitely help me get this fixed. None of them will ever get back to me or answer any of my emails after the initial contact! Just can't believe this is how they treat a paying plus member!
I purchased jewelry at my local store and paid for it at the counter. Within minutes there was another charge to my card at the same store and yet another the next day. All charges were Sam's Club online purchases. I immediately locked my card & reported it to the bank. I went back to the store & spoke with the manager. NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT. I called Sam's customer service countless times. All you get are 15 year olds in the Philippines that drop the calls when they transfer it. 8 days later and still no resolution. I've learned that they are nothing but glorified Walmart! Cut up my member ship card.
You may be tempted to buy because of good pricing, well do yourself a favor spend a few more $ and order from Costco. From the moment we placed the order there were problems, first 2 days later, they offered the same set for $200 less, called, place on hold for almost 30 mins noone could help then transferred to a supervisor and placed on hold another 25 mins and the paperwork needed to be done took another 15 mins. OK, now items arrives in ripped box and hardware missing. Called again, waited on hold for 15 mins customer rep took my complaint said they had to get the hardware from the vendor and could not tell me how long and gave me a reference #. Waited a week nothing, no email no call no hardware so called again and was on hold for 40 mins while rep spoke with vendor and said it will be sent out but not exactly sure when I will receive it. No tracking no nothing. I won't hold my breath. We will see.
Was in sam's club today and an associate came up to me and very disrespectfully said you are only aloud 3 cases of water and started unloading my cart. I walked out and went to another store to get what I need. Sam's club stop putting limits on stuff to get people in your store more often I know the tricks. If this continues I will not be renewing my membership.
