Ordered from their online services after a week of waiting they screwed up my order. It took me 1 hour on the phone being transferred back and forth to settle this and then didn't get full refund. Finally had to cancel order, Completely unprofessional and disorganized. NEVER AGAIN.
Took a tire into my local Sams Club on November 14 2022 and have been back 2 to 3 times with calls in between and they said since the tire could not be fixed they ordered a new one. Today is 1/5/2023 so 5 weeks later and I call again and get a different person on the phone and they tell me it was NEVER ordered. I am beyond upset. On my car with the spare tire on it, it is a know problem that it could damage the transmission if you continue to run with the spare. So I am now waiting for a call back today about when the tire will be shipped. If not then we will need to visit alternatives. I am considering that after this I will cancel my Sams Club.
Why are things unavailable for shipping (which should be free with my membership)? BUT delivery (the same things) available but I have to pay for delivery?
How wrong is this, or is it just me who thinks so?
I renewed my Sam's Club Membership to buy one item. They have 45 palates of advantage protein diet drink. Maybe they should start to order Fair life diet drink instead. They get one pallet in and it's gone in 5 hours. That should say something about their ordering. I am disgusted.
I had to get 4 new tires on a holiday at the Sams Club in Hagerstown. I was very pleased on how the service went. I give a high 5 to Jr working that day he was so amazing and helped me so much. I would recommend him for your help.
I tried calling to cancel membership but the sales guys in customer service made me not to cancel just like typical sales people and told me to cancel on last day of membership. Guess what I forgot and they charged me another $100 and they said you cant get refund for cancellation now. Literally there were no transactions on my account but they dont care. Waste of money.
There is a new harassment at the entrance of the Sunrise, Fl store that DEMANDS each person entering the store show their membership card? I do not have extra time to stop and dig it out of my wallet only to have to take it out again at the register. When I refused to stop and show the card the lady at the door told me to "get out!" Frankly, there are other places to shop. I don't appreciate being harassed and yelled at because I don't want to waste my time. You can't pay at the register without a membership anyway. If this is how customers will be treated going forward then I will not be returning or renewing my membership.
On Dec 11,2021 I purchased two pre-trimmed packages of four Choice Fillets in each. My guess is that a quarter of the fillets had to be scrapped. The butcher who was responsible for trimming the whole fillet should at a minimum be retrained. I have purchased whole tenderloins in the past at Sam's and was quite satisfied. I'm afraid I will have to look at other options when shopping for my meat.

Do not order online on Thursday's and Friday's, it's impossible to get in touch with their customer service and it takes at least 3 business days to get an update. My last order 1/2 was shipped out within the 3 business days and the other 1/2 is still in a "shipping" status.
It's amazing that they are still doing "online" ordering because their competitors have the product's already "delivered" in the 3 business days it takes to pack and ship theirs.
Club membership is to buy stuff in bulk. I get there and can only get 2 cases of water. (it's not worth the membership dues) They waste so much time - check out at the register Plus an-eyeball of your stuff they think you stole going out the door.
I have been on the phone for literally hours to get a refund on a shattered clock that came to me in November. They acknowledge product was returned. They have told me for weeks that my refund would come in 3 to 5 business days for weeks. Found out today that they were supposed to give me a ticket incidence number and the "back office" was to contact me. This is a simple procedure and this poorly run company has wasted countless hours and frustration. Fine if you want to shop in their stores, but don't use. Com.
Recently I ordered a flat screen 4K t. V. and some organic agave nectar. The agave exploded in the box. One bottle was completely empty others were leaking. The box dripped! These were delivered by fedex but I feel they were not packed well by Sam's! I felt bad for the fedex driver!
I ordered the t. V. for a gift. On the order they said it would take a couple weeks,. Now it will be another 10 days. To late for a gift. They are unresponsive by text or phone. They have no control when items are delivered. Why do they give you a delivery date before placing the order? They are not fulfilling their contract. YUK messy! I have found there are better places to order from. Sam's isn't saving me anything.
I have tried everything possible and NOTHING. Not even a letter from my attorney worked. They refuse to process a refund unless I drive across town to the store which will actually cost me more in gasoline and time than the refund is worth. So They have defrauded the church out of it's hard-earned funds and created an impossibly difficult 'refund' procedure that ensures they don't actually have to provide a refund.
There is a reason I don't shop at Sam's
When looking for catered food for a church party, we looked at Sam's Club and found some lovely-looking sandwiches, wraps and fruit-trays. What we received for our money was nothing like what was described. The sandwiches were dry, the wraps were so spicy not even our jalapeno-loving parishioners could eat them and the fruit tray was, not only NOT what we paid for which was their high-end model, but the fruit was either on the verge of rotting or so green it was inedible. We didn't have time to take the stuff back (a 20-mile drive) so we did what we could to salvage the food, prepared some other items on our own and ran with it. However, I did try to get a refund for the price difference (we paid nearly double for the high-end trays we didn't get) between the fruit trays we ordered and the fruit trays we received. We ordered online and, so, foolishly thought we could simply get a credit back to the account we used to pay. No such luck. We were told we had to drive to the store to get the refund! So I called Corporate and was told they would process the refund for us. 6 weeks later, I get an e-mail from an area manager who reiterated that we have to drive 40 miles roundtrip to get this refund!
Horrible food, out and out deceit on the fruit trays AND a demand that we drive 40 miles for a refund they rightfully owe us?!
Also, when I tried to submit a review on the Sam's site they refused to publish it. Apparently they only publish GOOD reviews so what you are seeing as ratings are not the REAL thing.
This is nothing short of deliberate scam to defraud the customers out of their hard-earned money! I will never go there again and recommend no one else try either. Pay the slightly higher prices for someone more reputable.
Tried to join sams club today. Filled out an on line request was congratulateted for joining then later was sent an e mail stating that my membership had been denied with no explanation why. Jumped through two or three hoops dealing with incompetent people who was clearly giving me the run a round. Finally i gave up and went to reviews and glad i did. After reading reviews Ive concluded there must have been an Angel looking over my shoulder. In conclusion if your planning on joining I strongly suggest you read reviews first.
I went in there today to get my favorite delli food. It straight up nasty. Actually got food poisoning from the chicken salad I always buy. High price already for something u can make at home. Teach ur employees to wear gloves and keep Thier hands clean. The staff is rude as hell. Non existent manager at the Southaven branch. Him or her is never to been seen
I stood in line for 30 minutes for new membership. Sam's promotional flyer says "Become a member for just #25 after savings". After taking all my information, they tell me to pay $85 - because it's actually $25 off regular membership of $110. "Read the fine print. That's what fine print is for" said the arrogant AnnMarie at Sam's on 28 mile Rd in Kentwood, Grand Rapids. When I tried to get clarification, she says "I'm trying to help you understand" and simply calls the next person in line. Cheats employing Arrogant staffers to run their Swindlers game. This is what Sam's has become. I terminated my membership 5 years ago and thought I'd give them another try for $25.
How can such misleading ads legal. How do people like AnnMarie work in Service and call themselves Manager. Zero Stars. This store is on its way to Bankruptcy. Quality of employees they hire or are able to keep is often signs of chronic illness.
Fell at store in Waterloo iowa and they blame me for not cleaning up their mess. Have to have surgery on knee and should be held accountable. What a joke cancelling membership and getting family and friends to cancel as well, and Walmart too. I would rather shop at Target. They should pay for my surgery!
The Sam's club I use has now stopped letting the customers use the empty boxes to carry out their purchases. Apparently, the fraction of a penny they can get from the recyclers for the cardboard is more important than the customers convenience. This is pure greed. When my membership expires I will be changing to Costco.

After 15 minutes waiting. She chat with me for a few minutes.The woman said she had to go.
I tried to chat again. And again after 20 minutes waiting. I got disconnected.
Terrible customer service
The two guys that's always working just so lazy. I ordered pizza. He said we're out. My thing is that they didn't close until 8pm today. That's not the only time I ran into this problem. It doesn't take them that long to make it. Cause a lady that worked there made me one before. They need somebody in there who's willing to work. The manager needs to be around more often.
