Went to the Mckinney Sam's store yesterday decided to grab a hotdogs and a drink while there. Such poor customer service four associates working the Cafe but only the guy at the counter working everyone else was either on there phones or talking among themselves. The line running 20 deep. The guy at the counter was taking orders, getting food, and making ice cream drinks. Was in line 30 minutes to get a hotdogs and drink. To many people in the Cafe not working poor management.
Went to a Sams Club on 52nd in Arvada Co and got scammed. My card got charged a extra 32.32 which was seperate from the other charge. Then you got to check yourself out unless you have cash. So I had issues with that with my neuropathy in my hands. The card reader was not even fasten down so it would fall off of its perch and dangle from the cable. Had to pick it up twice before a employee finally helped me to scan my things and deal with a card reader you have to hold in place to use. Thats why Im not Denver bronco fan any more.
Things are cheaper and changing at Sam's. Costco is always super busy and lines are long. Employees at Costco are usually rude as well
I would give this two stars BUT I had a Plus membership. I used the delivery service UNTIL every order I made came with damaged products, so I used the in store pick-up, until my orders were shorted. I never utilized the extraneous departments. So I decided to downgrade my membership. I felt as if I was a criminal trying to downgrade. I had to talk to two different departments who questioned WHY I wanted this, then I was put on hold for over 10 mins, I then I was asked for all my information AGAIN. That is when I said, forget it SAMS IS NOT WORTH THE EFFORT. Its pretty pathetic that they put their customers through such a hassel, especially when its not your business why I want to do anything, In case you forgot its called customer service, not customer blame and interrogation. So instead of having another membership they lost one.
The Sam's in Las Cruces and El Paso treated me poorly. In Las Cruces I was told that the item a Backyard Gazebo was 5 in number. So I bought one and would return the next day. Went the next day, but they
Didn't have any. I asked why I had to pay for something they didn't have! We went to El Paso were they sold me a floor model with missing part, which I called Backyard to get the missing parts. So this is how you treat your members.
I used the pick up service and And it seems that people are higher to do the job to shop for somebody don't care. They basically put spoiled food as your order. You tried to call the store. On pelicano in El Paso and it just rings and rings and rings. And when it's answered, they just hang up. You call corporate and it's the same c***You call corporate corporate and it's the same c***. You then do a chat the same type of customer service? It's time to go to Costco.
2nd membership fee hike in the 3 years we have lives where there is a sams club. Many big box stores and competitors are cheaper or matching prices and don't charge a fee. This chain is over prices in their meat and other foods/ goods. Getting quiet ridiculous honestly. Our family is considering dumping this when next renewal comes up being their prices and products don't bring us shopping there.
Sam's club is a bad company they don't care what you are doing and they don't help. My friend was doing things for his job and taking a video of the product he was getting and the manager yelled at him and said he was filming their faces when he wasn't and they took his membership and put their HANDS ON HIM and escorted him and they said they don't allow filming but there was more than one other person filming my friend. So I will be contacting Sam's club themselves and we're going to get them because they had NO RIGHT TO PUT HANDS ON HIM. This is the worst food bulk place to go people go to any other one because at least they treat you with respect. Sam's club is totally disrespectful and it's just totally filthy and like I said nobody knows how to do their job there it seems. They need to be put out of business.
I went in to Sam's Club and had screw removed from my tire. The customer service I received from Angelina in tire and battery was one of best experience I had at a retail store also working in retail. She is an asset to your company and is the reason why I will go back to the Castlerock Club. Keep up the great customer service and your great work ethic. Thanks agian and will refer many family and friends there as well!
Sams Plus membership says free shipping, IT IS NOT! DON'T BE FOOLED. THE SAMS CASH IS NOW ONLY FOR IN STORE ITEMS.

We received our glasses at Sams vision dept paid our copay
3 months later received a bill for more money
We questioned what these extra charges were
1 misalliance charge Which no one knows what it was ( I guess they must have had lunch that day on us)
2 special eye markers for the lens
This was not not 1st time purchasing glasses from Sam's; but is was our last!
Asked for our billed to reviewed but 3 months later still waiting.
Had to pay the bill or be turned out to collections
Or they may need lunch again and charge us again
I will tell everyone I know never go there
I will tell any customer I see about to buy glasses

We order bulk cans from Sam's for our childcare and Per state requirement we are not allowed to use dented cans. Well we got our order today and the driver left damaged boxes outside in the hot weather and when we opened the boxes 80% of the cans were damaged. Now we have to go through a return somehow because we are not able to use them.
I used to work here and got fired for calling in for 3 days, my manager told me he didn't care about my needs outside of work and told me he was "running a business" he isn't even head manager... so I have no idea what business he is running. This is in Minnesota in maple grove. I know he picks and chooses his favorite it is said by all the employees. Ryan needs to be fired or moved to a different position. How can I communicate with my manager if he can't understand my needs outside of work and tell me he doesn't care WHEN I applied he said he would be flexible... which is a lie... I've never been fired from a job this quick either. Ryan picks who he wants to protect, a employee said this as they were in the same room hearing this conversation. How can that be fair? As management at this sams club is poor, why did I lose my job when HE lets other employees walk around, and Facetime their friends when helping customers? Is this how we help customers? I'll be reporting him to HR as this is a frequent problem with him.
I'm very pleased with my experience at this Sams. Team members are very helpful and courteous. And the store is CLEAN! Shout out to Reina & Jaime for their superb service!

I had to get 4 new tires on a holiday at the Sams Club in Hagerstown. I was very pleased on how the service went. I give a high 5 to Jr working that day he was so amazing and helped me so much. I would recommend him for your help.

Another example of deceptive advertising! This ad implies that bounty is $10 off each and I can buy two. It also implies that charming is $10 off each and I can buy two. After driving 10 miles to my nearest Sam's Club, come to find out that it is only five dollars off each and can only buy two products. This is totally unfair and highly deceptive.
Online I ordered the last BBQ gazebo. I was coming from out of town so I called ahead to ensure that it was not the display model since it was the last one they had in stock. I wanted to know that I could just drive my truck and not bring the trailer. 3 phone calls of 8 minutes each of unanswered ringing. The fourth time I got a person who rudely said how busy they were. I asked if it was in a box or would it be the store model? 33 minutes later of being on hold, I called back again. The customer service person stated it was in a box since it was too early in the season to sell the floor model and there was no way they would. I arrived to pick up the gazebo. I was told it was the floor model because it was all that was left. I had to come back the next day with a trailer. Rudest most awful customer service! Besides ignoring the phone she then left me on hold and never actually checked to ensure that it wasn't the floor model and that I didn't have to bring a trailer. She assumed and found it humorous to leave a customer on hold until they called back yet again. This was the Portage, Michigan store.
Allowed ourselves to be swindled by the AT&T reps that swore my bill would go from $180 to $100 but guess what, my bill is exactly the same as it was with Verizon. We are retired seniors and wanted our bills to go down but I get no help from their customer service who lie constantly and never get the same answer from their reps. I contacted Sam's Club about it and they told me I would get a phone call from their customer service and never did! Very disappointed in both companies.
