I never write poor reviews but I feel like I have to warn people about this company. I received my bathing suit with the liner falling off and when I tried to return it (because the fit was not right and the quality was nowhere near what it should be considering the price tag), they refused to refund me because the liner had fallen off in the package and there were 2 small stains on the suit that looked like little fingerprints. They were not there when I sent it back so it was 100% when it was handled by their returns team. It's safe to say I will never purchase from them again.

I bought a bikini top in a size small from Same. First of all, the shipping company took about 2 weeks. Then, the bikini was WAY too small. I am about a 32 A, but this bikini felt like duck tape. The only way you could fit into this top is if you had a negative bra size. Then when I go to exchange the swimsuit, the company doesn't respond for a week. They then blame me for the delay. Once I sent proof that I had in fact asked for an exchange within the time frame, they claimed that they would give me store credit, but never did so. I emailed them to follow up and have been waiting for over a month now.

I ordered the black/cream suede bikini to take with me on vacation - ordered the suit with PLENTY of time prior to my departure. I noticed on the tracking the suit made its way to Miami (I'm not even close to Miami) and then back LA, so I messaged the company to ensure it'd make it to me in time. Long story short, never made it to me for vacation, arrived 2 weeks late and when I requested a return, they put up a fight. Finally, after proving my point, they gave in and sent me a return label. Now we are 2 months after my original purchase, and I receive a "DIRTY" label from their returns team. What a scam. A picture of the bottoms with a slight dusty smudge. Well, jokes on them because I never had the opportunity to try the suit on because it was SO late. All I want is my $250 back. Seeing so many others have the same or similar experience, I'd suggest to anyone considering this company for swimsuits to take a HARD pass. If this doesn't get resolved, I'll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge - with screenshots.

Not good

They run very small and I didn't know they are 80 percent polyester which I can't wear, I have very sensitive skin. I want refund not store credit as you don't have bigger sizes and even large is tight and fabric is very uncomfortable. Thanks!

I tried to order a bikini, but I didn't get the free shipping I should get when I ordered for over 250$. I contacted SAME on email, Instagram and even tried to contact the founder. They saw my message on IG but ignored me for over a week. When they finally responded they were super rude. I have never tried anything like it. I just wanted help to order something from their website and they were super nasty in their texts. Very sad since I like their bikinis but I will never order from them again. I have also never received a confirmation order, so let's see if I get my package… they have taken the money but haven't gotten the bikini.

I just purchased their gold chain triangle Mocha shimmer bikini top for $140 and it is made as if it is a $20 suit. Very cheap and unrealistic since you can't wear it in chlorine. Will probably only wear it once for my bday but completely overpriced for the bad quality. Stay clear.

Expensive but the fabric is cheap. I really love the suits but they don't even last 1 season! Customer service is AWOL. I followed all of the care instructions but the suede just sheds all over your skin and looks like stubble! Yikes. They never returned any emails. I never got my first time customer discount. Sizing worked for me but be prepared for extremely skimpy, Brazilian coverage on back since they don't offer much comprehensive photography. Also note, there's no reviews on their site. I'm not sure they really make any of this in LA since it's just a warehouse in Vernon down the street from me. The quality is not remotely reflective if their price. Too bad. A little customer service goes a long way.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I purchased a bathing suit. Upon receipt I tried and immediately repackaged because it was too small. The next day i sent an email to begin the return process. I immediately returned the items. I received an email confirming that the items had been received and I would receive a credit. I received an email three weeks later that not all items had been approved for a refund. No explanation! I immediately emailed back with no reply. After multiple emails I received an email that the item had been returned dirty! I am now disputing the charge with AMEX. Horrible customer service and a dishonest organization.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE

I do not know where to begin. They are terrible with their communication and will leave you without a response for well over a week even though their automated emails tell you they will get back to you within 72 hours. Extremely unprofessional as a company. Their sizes run very small and you are not able to get a refund - only store credit. But the caveat is, the items purchased with store credit can not even be returned. So you better pray to the universe it fits you. Given that they have found ways to upcharge their customers in literally every possible scenario, you would hope for some semblance of customer service- but, that too, is too much to ask. Overpriced products for a less than mediocre quality. As a fashion designer, I was floored at the quality of sewing as well as the fabric- and not in a good way. But you're stuck with it!

Also they offer 10% for subscribing to email- but you'll never actually receive the discount code. Very poorly run company with-at best-shady business practices. Tons of swimwear company. Go buy from literally anywhere else but here!

They have no store front, so if you order from their website hoping to try on various sizes and return what doesn't fit- you're in for a surprise! NO REFUNDS. I spent $900 on a few bikinis, with different size options and they won't even respond to multiple emails requesting to speak with someone. Worse yet - the quality. The "sueded" triangle bikini fabric and the string to tie it around your back, are like rubber on rubber - so trying to adjust the cups feels impossible without ripping it. The gold "hardware" advertised is actually PLASTIC! Can't imagine that'll last one day in the sun and sea. Some of the swimsuit images don't provide photos of the back, with the model wearing, so you have no idea how the fit is until you receive it. The sizing is wonky- I am ALWAYS a size 2 or XS with a long and lean body - easy to fit in any swimsuit. The layered look bikini completely flattened my already small chest and the bottoms barely cover anything - but there's no photo and no store front to try on - so you're just screwed if you order from them.

1. Awful quality for the price, the tags were falling off at receipt of items. Lose threading's throughout.
2. Submitted a return for the item and was given the option for store credit or original payment. Accidently selected store credit but wasn't too concerned at the time because I could email to support.
3. Took three days for a email to be returned of which the support stated they DO NOT REFUND ORIGINAL PAYMENT. I went to the site and copied THEIR policy and submitted back, perhaps there was confusion. The response I received was condesending and stated the site wasn't theirs...
4. I went back to the website to screen shot their wording and header... THE REMOVED THE POLICY! Reporting to the BBB.
5. Not worth it. Shady and gross business practices. Do not give them your money.

SAME Swim unfairly denied my return and falsely claimed the item showed "signs of wear," despite all sanitary stickers and tags being fully intact. The item was only tried on briefly and returned in perfect condition. They sent a photo allegedly showing "damage"—but the photo clearly shows no signs of wear. As a result, I was forced to pay a nonrefundable return processing fee, and now they're demanding an additional $12 shipping fee just to send the item back to me. This practice feels dishonest and exploitative, especially for a first-time customer. I believe this is a fraudulent claim to avoid issuing a refund.
