I ordered the black/cream suede bikini to take with me on vacation - ordered the suit with PLENTY of time prior to my departure. I noticed on the tracking the suit made its way to Miami (I'm not even close to Miami) and then back LA, so I messaged the company to ensure it'd make it to me in time. Long story short, never made it to me for vacation, arrived 2 weeks late and when I requested a return, they put up a fight. Finally, after proving my point, they gave in and sent me a return label. Now we are 2 months after my original purchase, and I receive a "DIRTY" label from their returns team. What a scam. A picture of the bottoms with a slight dusty smudge. Well, jokes on them because I never had the opportunity to try the suit on because it was SO late. All I want is my $250 back. Seeing so many others have the same or similar experience, I'd suggest to anyone considering this company for swimsuits to take a HARD pass. If this doesn't get resolved, I'll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge - with screenshots.
