I purchased a bathing suit. Upon receipt I tried and immediately repackaged because it was too small. The next day i sent an email to begin the return process. I immediately returned the items. I received an email confirming that the items had been received and I would receive a credit. I received an email three weeks later that not all items had been approved for a refund. No explanation! I immediately emailed back with no reply. After multiple emails I received an email that the item had been returned dirty! I am now disputing the charge with AMEX. Horrible customer service and a dishonest organization.
