This company had good reviews in previous years but now in 2024 something must have happened with them. I talked to a guy who told me it would take about a week to fix. I sent them a flash drive almost in early May they sent a text saying they received it and now I can not reach anyone to assist me with any updates. I've called, text and emailed. Do not make this mistake by using this company, you will regret it!

Outstanding, smooth, and timely service at a reasonable cost. It was a pleasure to work with you. They recovered better than 99% of my data on a hard drive that broke over 10 years ago. Highly recommended.

Absolute waste of time, money, and resources. DO NOT USE. My case manager Hugh was non-existent and no help what-so-ever, no response to calls or texts for days. Their slogan is "Recover the Unrecoverable" and within 1 hour of my drive being delivered they deemed it "unrecoverable"...so much for that reassurance. The evaluation is NOT "Free", they required me to pay $40 to ship it back.

Used the chat to gain information about their recovery services. After reading reviews about their unmentioned $40 return shipping fee if you decline their service after evaluation, I decided to go with a local company. However, these guys continue to text, call, email asking me to drop off my disks. I politely declined their services several times via text and email but they keep saying they'll keep my case open, "circling back around" to see if I still need their services. I said NO. I finally had to block their phone calls, texts, and emails. Why are they so desperate? I would not trust them with my data.

They gave me a wide quote up front, but the actual price ended up being pretty reasonable and they managed to get everything back from my damaged drive (which I was not expecting!). Super friendly folks, and were really good with communication throughout the process (text/called to give updates). 10/10, definitely recommending them to anyone.

Data recovery is never cheap, therefore having your data recouped in a timely manner, especially for us since we used it on a corporate level for a VP and project manager, was very important.
