Why?
- The sizes are not right at all (I checked the sizes stated on their website as well)! Their size S clothes fit my sister who has a normal size M.
-They act all nice till your items do not fit well or till you want to send something back. Then the service is horrible.
- Same with becoming an ambassador: they are responding directly and being very kind when they ask you to become an ambassador, but after I tried out their offer and their smallest size didn't fit me, they treated me like $#*! and did not come up with any real solutions.
- No returns (only if items are damaged).
- No refunds.
- The quality of their items is not worth that much money. Price-quality ratio is very bad.

I made 2 orders with them and I received everything but 1 item. I contacted them immediately to say I was missing an item and they kept saying it was coming. After close to 4 months of being told it was coming they started saying the tracking number stated it had already arrived then they stopped answering me. I eventually had to go through Paypal and they sided with the company due to "proof" from the tracking number saying I had received the item. Never got it, still out $100 and still pissed over 8 months later.

I bought a dress from sally fashion the other day. I had picked so carefully because I'm a big girl and i know most asian size wont fit me. So this dress which looks nice and reasonably priced was also in my size (i took measurements in cm to make sure). But when it came it was atleast 10cm less that what is stated on their website! The chest was
16cm smaller than what's on their website! 16cm! So when i emailed them about it, they said there's nothing they can do as they got the measurements from their manufacturer. So i ask them if i can return the dress and ask for a refund, they said yes, but i have to pay for the return postage and they can only return 50% of the price of the dress. So basically means that i have to pay MORE to return the dress. It means that i have to spend more money to get 50% of my original purchase back!

Terrible company. Dont buy from there if you're big size. I wouldn't trust them anymore and will forever tell everyone to not buy from them as they are such horrible people.
