Worst place I've ever worked in 45 years. The management is unscrupulous and deceitful. They will dispose of you as soon as they have used you for whatever it was they needed, but then you're gone.
Ordered for same day delivery. 6 hours later they say the order is complete but I never received a package. They refuse to do anything without first calling me to tell me where it was left... I think would see it when I walk the entire front of my house and check my mail box. Oh and it's the middle of winter where product will now be froze and proba ly damaged.
I've been shopping at Sally for some time now. I never usually complain either. I recently was upgraded to the elite tier. I purposely bought extra to take advantage of the no min free shipping. I was given a congratulations online at sallybeauty.ca when I logged in, informing me that I know have free shipping no min purchase. When I go to purchase this of course doesn't apply at the check out. I emailed and was given the run around. I was finally told that this offer is for customers in the us only. I never shop on the us site. I have screen shot the false pretense on the. Ca site where is states that Elite tier among other useless perks includes free shipping. Now they are not even replying after I sent the screen shot picture. And of course this so called perk ends Dec 31st.
Also this is the second time they go me on the rewards scam. I had $175 in beauty marks saved on my account from when i first started shopping there. I was not even aware until they updated the system and the cashier at the newmarket store informed me. So I made a $20 purchase. The cashier failed to inform me that I had just forfeited the remaining amount. And I didn't notice until after a few months, as I live out of town and make a trip and buy a lot. I just think its pretty crappy for a big company to try take away something you earned for spending so much with them. Its deceptive and greedy.
My experience at this Sally's was the most horrible experience I've ever had, the male that works there was so rude. He was acting so cocky like he didn't need to be there the woman that work with him were all lovely but his attitude was disgusting.
Chewy has the most amazing customer service I have ever come across. For years now, as they have gotten more popular, they continually put customer satisfaction first and always have you donate instead of returning.
Unable to apply my current offer in-store for no reason. The sales person called. They never came on the line. I had to leave without purchase. I cannot log in to account to apply coupon. I have used in-store recently. Terrible. One time I went to purchase items on the site and it would not let me load my cart. So I cancelled my account... later joined and still awful.
The salon staff are very thorough, they greet you and provide valuable advice.
I went to buy a few items, and ended up with a whole lot more, but they are worth it. PRICE was cool and products too!

Horrible online experience 3rd time in a year doing online order they seem to be out of alot of stuff in the past when ordering clearance items. On this order however nothing was on clearance the only item they were out of was the free Morgan Taylor nail polish they had the one that was the full price in stock sent email item was out after order was sent didnt ask if i wanted to substitute or just charge me half price for the one bottle they sent when i called them they said they couldnt send a substitute but could send another bottle of the same one i recieved thats worthless to me so now i have to return to store. On top of it order came without any shipping slip nothing wrapped up surprised nothing was broken. And have to make a trip to the store to return. I will not do business with Sally Beauty again online or in store order place 4/22/2021
I have now had the experience of ordering something from Sally Beauty's website, MORE THAN TWICE, where they end up cancelling the order 5 days after it's placed with no explanation at all. They are also always out of EVERYTHING when I buy in-person (hence, why I'm trying to order online). Apparently they don't keep track of what's in stock before letting customers "purchase" them. So unprofessional- DONE with this store. Walmart would probably serve me better, no joke.
I use the Buckeye location on Watson. Last September I went in to buy the same haircolor that I have been using for 10 years. Some how the wrong bottle of bye was put in the right colors box. When I did my hair that night it went from a very light blonde to a medium brown. I couldn't believe it. I went back to the store the next day when they opened. The girl gave some color remover her version on how to use it. It didn't work. Went back again the same day. Now I had 2 untrained girls arguing over what I should do. They finally agreed that I should try a different color remover. I said are you sure? The package looked like it was for punked out colors. Took it home and tried again. When I got out of the shower I started to cry. My hair was the exact same color or Carrot Tops. Like a fool I went back to the store but at a different location.
Mean while I'm trying to get a hold of someone at there corporate office. After 5 Temps I finally got a hold of a guy that told me because of Covid no one was available. By now my hair was ruined. 4 different color removers and it's worse. So far in 6 months I lost 6 inches PLUS 2 WEEKS OF HIDING OUT AT HOME.
They sent my order in 3 separate boxes with some items placed in a ziplock bag and electrical tape and one item was completey unsealed and leaked through the box. Just buy in store not online
After one hour of buying the defective product, no refund or exchange, rude employees and helpless customer service, I will throw 100$+ away, once they sell, you're screwed
I ordered a curl machine from them, arrived within the given period of time. It was in good condition. Its actually easier to use than i thought. Helps me get silky smooth curl.
You have the maximum learned and supportive personnel who treat assist cautiously. However, you're now not much less expensive, so i would advise you to different humans, as nicely.
This place is an absolute joke, I'm pretty sure the t edgers I purchased were not only over priced but also used! They refused to take them back on an exchange for another pair less then a hour after I purchased them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ***** beware *****
I purchased the large orange curl rods. They arrived within a few days in time for me to use them over the weekend. After washing my hair and applying foam to roll my hair in a twist out style the results were better than expected. The curls were bouncy and just the right size. I will also try smaller rod sizes as I experiment with different styles from herinvestingthings.com
Accidentally bought a left handed pair of scissors and upon trying to exchange them was told Sally's isnt taking returns or exchanges because of Covid- 1984

Just about everything in the store is too expensive the one in Middletown Ardell eyelashes 6.99 with tax 7.23 and every other beauty supply store 3.99 I will not shop there no more The owner of Sally's is too greedy
I'm still in disbelief of how bad my experience was at the Pomona Sally's. I went in to return an item. It fell within the timeframe of returns and I had a receipt. However, they would not accept returns while we were in COVID19 per company policy. I checked the price of scissors and saw that the Costa Mesa Sally's had the item for a lower price. They refused to price match. Said I had to register under the Sally's app and order the scissors online from the store with the lower price. I was so mad that I had waisted all that time trying to return and then purchase an item due toi new rules set by Sally's. I will never frequent Pomona Sally's. Extremely poor customer service.
