I love this shirt its got amazing quality! It took a little while to be delivered but overall a great shirt.

This company is really tricky. I bought stuff on there. They sent me a defective product. When I ask them to refund or send me the correct item I ordered, they claim that they have the right to change the item quality and refused to refund. Don't buy from them. Very tricky. And the quality of the item is very poor. Especially the clothing.

I ordered this T-Shirt not a long time ago and it's a perfect fit! It was worth the wait and I didn't mind the delivery time because I was aware that it will take more than a week. The customer service was such a great help too! They helped me track my order and they kept me updated about the status of the delivery. 5 stars for that!

After waiting over 4 months for my order, I received it in a crushed box with parts broken. I sent pictures and they said I had to ship it back to China at my cost to get a new product! I told them it would be too costly to do this and now they're asking for video for more proof. I just want a refund at this point the pictures I sent should be proof enough to get my nearly $90 back!

Took over one month to ship though this was during the virus crisis, so I'm not really holding that against them. But only one of the four shirts I ordered was sent. Never did receive the other three. While ordering, I asked about sizing, took my measurements and gave them to customer service. They recommended a size too large. The size chart is not accurate at all. Print and stitch quality is poor. There are little white areas where the print didn't adhere. Stitching is bunched up around the neckline. Even when asking about sizing, customer service was poor at communicating. Not only unhelpful but misleading. Makes sense why they don't do refunds or exchanges. They are just offloading cheap products for premium prices and taking money where they can. After inquiring about the lack of quality and where the rest of my order is, my original order information was deleted and all tracking information was removed, which was never updated before that anyway. Wasted over $120 on this store. Avoid and don't waste your money like I did. Saiyan Stuff has custom made a TShirt for me, the finished product is very good. High quality and everything I requested was done nicely. I am also very happy they didn't get tired of my endless requests. The shirt material used is also very comfy. Five stars to them for accepting my custom request though the design is not at all related to DBZ.

Amazing shop :) fantastic customer service and so many awesome products. I totally recommend this shop to any dragon ball fan.

I ordered a phone case and it is horrible super bad quality do not recommend the phone case did not come as seen and it's not even good for protection awful experience do not recommend unless you are trying to waste your money

I spent 80$ on a pair of shoes I never received. I tracked them all the way to the post office and the post office informed me it was a fake tracking that gets sent out. I contacted Saipan stuff for a refund or resend and they claim it was my fault with the address even though the post office and screenshot I took were 100% correct. Post office destroyed the package bc Saiyan stuff refused to receive it back. Saiyan stuff then continues to say I need to pay $17 more dollars if I want a new pair reshipped even though I can prove I didn't receive it. Customer service is very selfish and unhelpful. I ordered in Dec 2021 it's now may 2022. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will spread more word of mouth on social media how terrible my experience is.

I ordered 1 shirt and 1 hoodie, they arrived just fine though it took a while to arrive. The box is still in shape. Both I ordered were as described and thankfully the sizes I picked were a fit for me.

Before I ordered, I asked them which size would fit me as I am not sure with the sizes. I sent them my measurements and they recommended the sizes based on the measurements I gave them. Also, it is comfortable to wear not too tight for me. Thank you for helping me find my size!

I ordered 8th Dec. 20 and eventually got 18th Jan. 21 (over one month), the item doesn't match the website description and I still paid another delivery fee apart from the one paid to them. It is a complete waste of time and money!

Their website advertises faster shipping so you'd buy it for Christmas. I bought the item a month before when it was needed and over a month before Christmas. I emailed them after two weeks of it not even being shipped out yet. They guaranteed me it would get to me in time. I stayed in communication with them because my tracking never changed and they kept blaming the couriers. First USPS then UPS. The only tracking I had was for USPS. I called both and submitted complaints. Both couriers reached out to me... USPS said they never recieved that package from the original sender. UPS said they did not have any information at all about this package or anything under my name. I tried many "tracking codes" that I received and none of them worked either. Just like they didn't with me. Only the USPS one worked.

After much communication with the company, I sent a resolution email. I requested a replacement and full refund, not including the shipping costs.
They denied any resolution and said they'd already told me who has my package (UPS).

So, 16 days after the promised date, 10 days after the date I most needed it, and 4 days after Christmas the package is still not here.

The company has no idea where it is and blames the couriers. The couriers have no idea where it is and the blame the company. The company has offered no solutions and now no resolution.
They lied to me in the initial email when I was concerned about it not being shipped out yet because they were afraid I'd cancel my order. Which I would have... then I'd have $80 to spend on my nephew elsewhere in time for Christmas.

Advertising on their website is a lie, customer service lies, disorganized, and just overall a bad experience.

The company is in China but the person I have been in contact with is in the Philippines. He told me he can't even help me contact the couriers because the call would cost him too much money.
Just sketchy and sad.

Shop Etsy instead.

I ordered the "Kid Goku Holding 4 Star Dragon Ball" bed set. It arrived only two weeks after I placed the order, which was awesome. But the actual print on the sheets and pillow cases was deformed - stretched vertically, so that Goku and the ball look really squashed from the sides and also very pixelated. Looks terrible when you see it in person. I'm guessing this is due to the baffling incompetence of the printing staff. I complained and wanted a replacement or a refund as for a defective item (because clearly the print is defective), but they refused and made the laughable excuse that the images on the site are "for illustrative purposes only" - obviously, this is not the case, as I don't have a problem with the image colors or the print size, but with the DISTORTED SHAPE of the actual print. Do not buy from this place - low quality items, poor prints, uncooperative customer service that will do anything to shake off responsibility and save a few miserable dollars. The link below holds proof of what I just wrote - I uploaded images and all my correspondence with them to my Google Drive, so that anyone can see and judge for themselves. You can compare these images with the image of the product on their site. The blur on the pic with Goku's mouth is from the print itself (yes, it is that bad).

They tried to bribe me with sending me a coupon for discount on my next purchase - I blew them off, of course. And so should you.

And, by the way, the "reviews" on their site are manipulated - they won't post a review below 3 stars; I tried posting the exact same review there and it wasn't published. Cheap and low scammers:-)

Being a first time customer is rare for me. Especially over seas. I ordered a 3D hoodie with eco shipping. I reside in tx. It took two weeks to arrive. The product had great detail and quality, it was purchased as a gift unfortunately they sent a size smaller. Their customer service rep Daisy was very kind and I really felt that they were apologetic for the mishap. They resolved the problem and I believe that kindness goes a long way. I will be a returning customer.

The print looks nothing like the picture. Horrible quality. Poorly packaged. Damages upon arrival. No response from the company to get a refund. Do not buy from them

I ordered a Dragon Ball shirt for my brother as his Birthday present. I saw that the delivery time is up to 30 days so ordered it 1 month in advance to be sure. The package arrived yesterday (bro's Birthday is in 2 weeks) and I must say, the quality of the shirt is really great! The design is unique, unlike any other Dragonball shirts that you can see across several websites, and the print looks very well done. I just know that my brother will LOVE it, thank you!

Also, kudos to their customer support for being patient with answering all my questions before and after making a purchase, it shows that they really care for their customers! I will be buying more soon (for myself lol)

I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas present on November 23,2018. I never received the item and it is now January 6,2019. I have requested a refund -- hopefully, this transaction will happen immediately!

Very nice items! The delivery was fast and it came with no damage. I'm very satisfied with the service and the designs of the products are really cool! I will definitely order again.

I ordered the Raditz model. It looks great, like I really love it. Literally the only thing wrong is the stand that came with it doesn't fit with the model. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't get the feet to go into the notches of the stand, almost like it was the wrong one. Like it wasn't made for the model and got switched up with another one. Other than that, everything is great.

Products are definitely not worth the amount of money being charged, the quality wasn't good and products look nothing like advertised. I def see why they say no refunds because they would be out of business by then if there were. I learned my lesson
