Being a first time customer is rare for me. Especially over seas. I ordered a 3D hoodie with eco shipping. I reside in tx. It took two weeks to arrive. The product had great detail and quality, it was purchased as a gift unfortunately they sent a size smaller. Their customer service rep Daisy was very kind and I really felt that they were apologetic for the mishap. They resolved the problem and I believe that kindness goes a long way. I will be a returning customer.

I provided photo evidence (Photos uploaded below) to "Saiyanstuff" of what I received and a screenshot of what I ordered. The colors are clearly different and there's even an elastic band on the top of them with a brand name. They said:

After investigating thoroughly your case and examining the elements you sent us, we are sorry to inform you that your claim has been denied.

You did receive the correct product and following our return policies, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged

I waited 30 days for my order to arrive and I didn't even get the right product, nor any customer service whatsoever. Do not waste your money on this company.
