I have tried using their "contact us" and it doesn't send my message to them. Every time I click submit it tells me that a field must be completed even though I have all the fields completed.
Also, they state on their processing time that orders are sent to facility within 24 hours. Then after that it is mailed out within 3-5 business days. This isn't the case with my order. They have exceeded the limitation of their standards.
I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. You have better luck contacting someone from Wish or the IRS.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. Check out Amazon or other legit sites that have actual numbers or customer services you can contact.
This company states shipping is within 5 business days but I still haven't received anything about my order after the initial lapse of time.
