If there is an issue, they'll resolve it, just be patient. I've been doing buisness with them for 8+ years, even when I was in the hospital fighting for my life, you can see I was wearing SACompany gear. They have always helped me out and I've turned hundreds of people onto them over the years; coworkers, friends family, and clients alike. I keep at least 5,6, sometimes more in my truck, head wraps, sleeves, and face coverings because ya never know!

Purchased a hat March 23,2024. It is now April 16,2024. Hat has not shipped. I left a voicemail message, I've emailed several times, all to no avail. I requested a refund, they have not sent one. They took my money. SCAM 100% Don't make the mistake I did.

I read before that their customer service was terrible and that quite often people never receive their orders. I was warned. Due to the pandemic I bought some face shields from them. It has been more than a month and I have heard nothing from them. Their live chat doesn't work, they don't have an email address and their phone lines are cut off. Really dont know how it is allowed for a business to operate, take your money online and have no consequences.
Attempted to buy some face shields. Problem 1- the day after my purchase the same masks I paid $20/each for were now 80% off. ($4) problem 2- items took over 3 weeks to ship problem 3 - when they did arrive they're not even close to what was ordered and a note was included saying that it was intentional. While I waited I ordered the same type of product from 3 other stores all arrived as described within a few days. I'd give 0 stars if I could
This is the absolute WORST company to order anything from. They took 2 months to send the product. Then when they did send it, there was a little note that said the items that I ordered were not in stock. Therefore they sent some other crap that I didn't want and included a note to confirm that the order was intentionally wrong. I contacted them and allowed a full business week to respond. No response. You can't email, call, or live chat with customer service. For the love of all that is holy, learn from my mistake. AVOID.

Ordered in January, still have not received. It is now mid March. They keep telling me by chat they can't find where I ordered. I sent them screen shots of everything. They said they would send order out, never have. I was told again that cannot find my order. I resent everything to them and asked for a refund. This company is a joke, do not order from them. I am going to report it as fraud with my bank.
Order for items worth 120 $ on 2. 03. 2020 and the shipment never arrived till today, contacted the shipment company and they clearly informed me to contact SA company and once I did, guess what? I was ignored... keep in mind no email to send them your question so you have to wait in queue for a good 45 minutes till your turn come up then ask you one question ORDER number then they disappear.
If you want to request for refund take my advice contact PayPal and open a dispute they will help you get your money back.
When I ordered from them it was at the beginning of lockdown in Canada. That was the end of March 2020. I finally got my order in June of 2020. The product itself was as advertised and I was happy with it. I was just annoyed at how long it took. Would order again though.

My hats were shipped in a narrow box folded like a taco. Well dry straw hats getting folded means broken straw. It's been a month now with nothing but " we will get to you hang tight" messages. Absolute garbage company.
I placed an order with your company. They sent me an incomplete and entirely wrong order. They disabled their customer service phone access and instituted an online chat. On three different days I started chats and waited for hours each time only to have my chats answered and cutoff or reset and never answered.
I have yet to have my concerns even addressed. I want a refund and I never deal with this company again. Please find your straw hats and face shields elsewhere.

So I saw the ads on IG. I thought it would have been useful to my boyfriend for work. I ordered 5 for 20$ right before Christmas (2019) hoping they would come in as a gift. It's now April 2020 & I still haven't received my package. No one will reply to my emails or answer any calls. My card payment already went though like WTF. Waste of $#*!ing time & my Money.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had issues with this company, thought I was alone. I thought this company had cool products, I was really looking forward to getting my products, but from dealing with the shipping and not knowing when I would be receiving my order, it was just better to get my refund to go else where. Trying to contact customer service is a joke, there's no direct communication with anyone and every response they give is automated. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got my refund quickly. Buyer Beware.

I have been a big fan of SA Fishing until they started offering an "N-99+" mask (supposedly certified), but I found NO proof. Until then, 3 stars.
I love, absolutely LOVE! Their face shields for fishing. But, in these Wuhan Virus daze, I am disappointed in the SA Company's sales tactics. Until they ptove their certification, I suggest to Stay away!

Don't expect to receive your product in the time listed on their website. Read the fine print on any shipping. The only thing that ships same day are face shields…unless they're part of a bigger order and then they obviously don't ship until everything else is gathered too. It's been a over week since I placed my order and it now says "with shipping partner" (DHL e-commerce) and waiting to go to USPS. I don't anticipate this getting to me for another 1-2 weeks, at earliest. Super disappointing! Had I known that "free shipping" meant it would take half a month+ to get to me, after internal "processing", I would have asked customer service for a faster shipping method. I believed my products were going to be shipped same day and then 4-5 business days, 5-7 days at latest, I would receive my stuff. I bought this for a trip, that I felt I gave plenty of lead time for, and now won't see it until I'm on my trip. Should not take 20+ days to get product. Sign up with UPS and let them handle your supply chain issues SAFishing! I was excited to use my new gear on this trip, big let down!

I ordered the buy one get three. All designs I choose for my toddler were kid friendly. Why today I got my order that I placed back in April and they are all plain black and gray. No dolphins, no hulk, no cartoons or panda nothing. I didn't lay for this black face wear. I'm so frustrated. And then when I try to call or chat no ones available. Who is this company. Are they even legit? Now I have four plain black masks. Not kid friendly or not what I ordered.

They included a packing list which was exactly what I ordered, however the 8 shields that were in the box was whatever they could grab and throw in the box. I have emailed them multiple times with no reply. Do not buy from this company. Of the 8 packaged, I think 2 were ones that I actually ordered.
I purchased the buy 1 get 4 free deal 2 years ago for $20. Now they want $75 for the same deal? Shameful, taking advantage of the situation with thousands of lives at stake. I will do everything I can to steer potential customers away. And the material curls up on the edges after 2 uses, and is thin as paper. Like others I here I ordered on 4/4/20 and the shipping date keeps getting pushed back. Was 7-12 or something like that and now their site says possible 30 day delay. Tried Live Chat numerous times and finally got someone. I was on with her for an hour and a half and only got to the point of giving my order number before they quit responding. Regardless of what it says about processing times their shipments must come from overseas because from Boca Raton Florida to Tampa Florida they have taken over 25 days on two separate orders. They blame it on COVID but nothing takes that long right now in the US. Just be prepared to get your order a month late and hope it is all in there

Did a custom order and was told everything would be delivered within 6 weeks.
Well over 2 1/2 month and haven't received my full order and the customer service rep I was dealing with won't return my emails or call.
He guaranteed me I would have all my order before a set date and haven't heard from his since after multiple attempts to track my order down.

They scamm items, if you put mystery they will send all the same one color 50 sent faceshields that they buy from ebay, if you write support they tell you need 2 pay and send them back btw my shipping was 11 dollars. Added only last chat but you get the point she acts like they dont scam and then talk $#*! it wwas system error, and its not first time
