Wish I would of read complaints before I ordered a Manual. Going through the same, no response to e-mails, phone number out of commission etc... Why do they kepp letting them get away with this %#$@!

This website is a fraudulent website and has already being reported. Many of my classmates including myself bought textbooks from this site and never received them. There is no one to respond to or answer questions although conact information is listed. The phone number for the company is not in service and I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company and ultimately the site was found to be fraudulent. Buyers beware.

I ordered the book 12 days ago, paid 10 dollars in shipping, and still havent got the book. I keep getting emails from them to give them feedback, but when I email them about the book, Ive got nothing back from them.

I bought a textbook from sasnjhi and finally got it after 4 weeks. No notice, no explanation. Poor communication. The paper quality is like a newspaper >,<

Seven days after placing my order, I hadn't heard anything regarding my shipment. My emails were ignored, and the contact form fields on the website yielded only errors. I wanted to withhold payment just for the poor customer service, but then I saw other reports of fraud. Luckily, my credit card company's authorization for payment expired (after 7 days), and saanjhi didn't complete the billing portion of the transaction. I only ordered one book, so maybe he didn't think $50 was worth scamming me. Why did I think I should order a textbook from a company who claims to sell only textbooks and napkin rings? I would give saanjhi zero stars, but I'll allow one star for the valuable lesson he taught me about getting scammed. I was lucky.

My story is the same as the rest. I ordered a book (actually two) and shortly after I received one book and an email from them saying the other book was unavailable. I replied that there were four (4) charges on my account that appeared to be going through very soon and they immediately responded the next day saying that all the charges were just temporary and they would all be removed except for the price of the one that they sent me. At this point I felt ok about the deal and all seemed normal but this is where it all changed. A few days later I noticed that most of the charges were gone except for the one that I did receive AND another book that I did not receive and that they had told me they had to cancel on me. From that point on, I have written them upwards of 10 emails and have never gotten another response. It's seems weird that I wrote them back once and got a response but from then on, I get nothing. Beware of this company BUT if you happen to be from this company, you better beware of me! I'm working on ways to get justice as we speak.

Extremely poor paper quality. Like a toilet paper. Wait 4 weeks to receive the textbooks. Poor communications
