We had an order for 500 shirts needed for an event on a friday.
We placed the order on a Wednesday afternoon. 2 other printers had already promised us that they could do it and they all let us know last minute that they could not handle the print with this turnaround time.

Granted, the print was complex, high detail, 6 colors, but we had given the other two printers 2 weeks to deliver and the other printer 1 week to deliver after our first printer let us down. We have no idea why a printer would say yes if they could not in fact do it in time, but it happened to us twice in a row. We searched for a fast turnaround printer and came up with RushOrderTees. I called to get in touch with someone and they picked up right away, which was pretty awesome. I hate dialing through to eventually get to an operator that sends me to a representative. They just picked up right off the bat.

Thank you guys. The shirts were fantastic and the team couldn't believe that we got it done. I'll reach out when our next event comes up, I'm not going to mess around with other printers anymore.

Worst t-shirt company I have ever ordered from. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been more unhappy with an order I've placed for my agency than when dealing with RushOrder Tees. They sent me the completely wrong color shirt and refuse to make it right at no cost, but want me to pay again. Impossible to get ahold of their customer service reps. I've been waiting 2 weeks to talk to someone about this order and when they finally emailed me back, they are out of office. Complete crap. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will warn on every site I can.

***After I left several reviews of this company, a member of their service team reached out to me and completely made everything right and sent me the corrected order at no cost. He was very helpful, understanding and kind about the situation. Will use again if dealing with this same representative.

Me and my buddies have a golf event every year - this year, we got our order (from another company) of polos and hats and they were totally wrong. We only had a few days before the event and didn't have any hats or polos for 60+ people! We called RushOrderTees - they were super helpful over the phone, understood we needed them fast, and they got them done for us. They were absolutely PERFECT. RushOrderTees earned annual customer and will be recommending them to everyone at the tournament tomorrow. Thanks so much!

When I thought I had waited too long to order my family reunion t-shirts, RushOrderTees came through and saved the day. I thought my procrastination meant I'd never get the shirts in time for my reunion, but RushOrderTees actually got them here a day early! Their customer service team was always helpful and responsive and the t-shirts were a huge hit. I'll definitely be using them for future reunions or any other custom apparel needs.

I wanted a custom shirt for a specific occasion on a specific date. The shirt was terribly expensive because I wanted only one shirt, $32.32 for one shirt with a photo and one word under the photo. I needed it by Friday, on the shipping options there was an option "Guarantee delivery by Friday" for $21.99 extra. Now I'm at $54.31 for one shirt delivered by Friday. Friday rolls around, late in the day and I start to worry so I log in to track the package and their website actually says that the order is on time for guaranteed delivery on Monday. What kind of nonsense is that? I have the email to prove the Friday guarantee - and they certainly took my money. I call the tollfree number, nobody answers. I called 5 more times over the next hour, nobody there but they wanted me to leave a voicemail. Rush Order Tees has poor practices and non-existent customer service.

Horrible service! No one ever answers the phone and my order is now late. You will not get order when it says gauranteed by the date given. Wish i had never ordered. Im going to talk to my bank. Seems like company is a fraud. No one is available to ever chat online either. DONT order from them! Very upset this was supposed to be a fathers day gift now it wont be here by then when it was supposed to be. Regret ordering from rushordertees

I ordered onesies through the site as a surprise for my wife's birthday. Though I paid a significant amount for expedited shipping, and the item was supposed to arrive today, RushOrderTees was not able to provide the item today. Rather, I was left to discover the fact that the item wouldn't arrive until June 1, with no communication whatsoever from the company to inform me that the items would be delayed and conflicting explanations as to why the items weren't shipped out on time. To their credit, since the items were of no use to me, they did fully refund me, but I feel that merits no stars whatsoever given that 1) that was the least they could do, and 2) they have ruined what would have been a wonderful surprise for my wife on her birthday. Bottom line: an unreliable company you shouldn't order from."

I placed an order and of course had already paid for it... i sent the image I wanted on the hoody and was expecting to just receive my order in the mail. Mark from the company sent me a text letting me know I had an important email and to please check my emails. When I went to my emails there was a message from him letting me know that the image I sent was pixelated and it would be blurry on the hoody. He asked if I had a better quality image, which I didn't, and then he offered me full refund. Any other company would have just printed the image and mailed it on out. I was very appreciative of this! Once I get a better quality image, I will definitely be using this company.

I started to order from another company but found this one and I am soooo happy. The prices on this site are much more reasonable than other sites. The only thing I hated was that I had to order youth shirts from someone else because you have to order three or more from this site. I ordered around 17 or 18 adult shirts with something on the front and back and they are gorgeous! The process was so easy and if they had any problems I was called or emailed before they continued with the order. Most companies will ship as is and say oh well you already paid! Everything shipped and got here on time just like promised the only bad thing about shipment is that the box was so beat up I was afraid some shirts would be missing. Although I do know that is the fault of the shipping company I just wish the box was sturdier. I wish they did individual shirts because I would get a bunch made just for me. My family loved the shirts so much that I am going to review this company on every site I can. I cant wait to see whats next. I will definitely be back.

Order placed Saturday 9/3, "promised" proofs would be available in a few days.
No proofs by Tuesday, promised for Wednesday.
No proofs by Wednesday, promised for Thursday.
No proofs Thursday orimised for Friday.
No proofs Friday called again Saturday 9/10. Was told no designers working, promised they would contact me today Monday 9/12 in the morning... nobody contacted me.
Spoke on customer "live chat" first guy cut me off, the second guy wouldnt answer why all the proevious people had lied and why noone had contacted me, gave a stock answer that the T design proof and delivery are "subject to their production schedule"
The guarantee is therefor worthless. Sure I dont pay for something I dont get, but thats not the issue... the issue is, we depended on these guys, they let us down, disappointed everyone in our group, and there is nothing I can do about it, and its now too late to get the Ts elsewhere.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I have been trying for 3 days to get ahold of anyone, at all, EVER, at either their "Live" chat (lie! Nothing more than sending an email that will NEVER be answered) and their "24/7" (yah right!) phone number for assistance because their f-ing design software SUCK SO BAD. I have called no less than 10 times over three days and NOT ONCE has the phone been answered. That's right NOT ONE SINGLE TIME. I have been hung up on after 8 rings every single time. Then they block you from writing a review unless you have experienced the miracle of actually being able to accomplish and order. Do NOT waste your time!

It is very hard to come by great service representatives. Leslie is very personable and knows how to handle customer problems and provides solutions fast.

Cool site, I did not know you could design a custom t-shirt online with screen printing until I found rushordertees. I loved the interface they had. They were able to clean up my artwork for me and gave me updates every step throughout the process! I got a text message to my cell which alerted me that my final proof was emailed to me. They were even 2 days early on their delivery to me, I did not worry for one second I would not have my tees on time.
