My husband and I are finishing up a 20+ year project of building a methanol burning 1968 Chevy Camaro race car named "Meth Whore." I searched online companies to embroider $#*!ies mechanic shirts for us and our team. Rush Order Tees was the only company that had not only had the correct font, offered 2nd color for outlining, and offered gold color stitching. But, it didn't stop there. They quickly sent me the proof to approve, which I did, but then I realized I wanted to modify the proof I had already approved- and they responded immediately to me with my modifications updated with a new proof. They went straight into production and sent out my order faster than expected. Shipping was so fast too. I had my order at my door 2 days later. My husband had no idea what was in the box when I gave it to him. It was a surprise for him. When we pulled out the shirts- I thought my husband was going to cry. Everything was so perfect! The sizing of the embroidery, the colors, the quality, the packaging, the font, everything! I cannot give Rush Order Tees higher compliments! I will only order from them ever again. I originally had ordered matching shirts for two of my friends that were leaving soon. All was fine until I received my order. Instead of getting an adult size for one of the shirts, I got a youth size. This wasn't going to work so I contacted the seller and they willingly sent a new shirt. When I received this shirt they had "upgraded" me to a different kind of shirt that did NOT match my original shirt at ALL. The lettering on the back was also messy and was not acceptable. Soooooo I emailed them again with this problem and they planned on sending me another one of the "upgraded" shirts instead of the original one that I had ordered because the brand that I had ordered originally couldn't be ordered. The man on the phone was very rude while I was talking to him and forgot to hang up the phone after he was done talking to me. He called me a "$#*!" while talking to his coworkers.
Here we are now a month and a half later and they are making me pay for a whole separate order of two shirts if I want them to even remotely match and at this point I will not have them by the time that my friends leave. Will never be ordering from this company again.

Looking for some work coats with my company logo EMBROIDERED on it, found this company, ordered a single sample Carhartt coat for a very reasonable price with their logo embroidered where I would have my logo embroidered if I were to decide to have them make my jackets. All went smoothly, shipping time was as stated and when I received the jacket there was a flyer/insert with big bold lettering that said "YOU'VE RECEIVED A FREE HD DIGITAL UPGRADE!" and some other phrases littered with buzz words aimed at getting me hyped about this "FREE DIGITAL HD UPGRADE!"
"Cool!" I thought...until I unfolded the coat and took a look at the logo that was to be an example of how my logo would look if I chose to place an order...the embroidered white thread lettering had been "DIGITAL HD UPGRADED!" to basic white screen print lettering...which has peeled and flaked off after a few washes leaving a faint white smudged stain that looks like a bird did a fly-by...needless to say I decided against placing my order with RushOrderTees, however all is not lost as I still have a decent Carhartt coat that I paid less than retail...probably just get a patch and put it over the white screen print mess.
