Second order from this company. First order was very fast and prompt. The lettering on the front side i thought was rather small. The ink lasted about 3 months before fading and peeling. Not a big deal but for the price it should of been better quality. Made a second order and they said it would be delivered by July 2nd. Just in time for Independence Day. Where we are setting up a booth for our company. With new shirts. Well... after waiting very patiently for about 2 weeks the delivery date stated they would not arrive until July 10th! Wtf? What happened? This completely screwed us up! Oh well... the show will go on. I am asking for for a refund! They will probably refuse but like they say don't promise a paying customer an item and take their money if you can't deliver! Very bad move. I will never buy shirts online again! Their name contradicts their business.
"Rush order tees" they call themselves? Well I hate to see when they are running behind and not rushing! Just find a more reputable company

The call-outs for the placement of the artwork on the front and the back of the shirt were clear. There is no mention that "With printing being a manual by hand process when it comes to loading the shirts, it's almost impossible to not deviate from the requested measurement." on the Proof.
There is no mention that if the proof calls out a 2.5" drop from the collar seam (in this case, on the front of the shirt), that your chances of getting that placement of the art are 1 in 30... that's what I received. And, that 2/3 of the placements will be at 1.5" from the seam; a 60% margin of error.
Further, there is no mention that if you request a 2" drop from the collar seam (as I approved for the back of the shirt), it may be off by as much as 100% (4").
Having used screen printers and DTG printers for some 30 years, I've never had an order with such deviation from the approved proofs. I could belabor how your excuses are just that, excuses, and not even good ones. But I can see that your company is not going to attempt to stand by your product and any measure of pride in the quality of production. That's a shame, and disappointing. But worse, this kind of short sightedness will cost RushOrderTees my future business.
There is apparently too much emphasis on "Rush", and not on care and quality. This should have been a "teaching moment" for your production team, but just turned out to be a bad customer experience.
We had an order for 500 shirts needed for an event on a friday.
We placed the order on a Wednesday afternoon. 2 other printers had already promised us that they could do it and they all let us know last minute that they could not handle the print with this turnaround time.
Granted, the print was complex, high detail, 6 colors, but we had given the other two printers 2 weeks to deliver and the other printer 1 week to deliver after our first printer let us down. We have no idea why a printer would say yes if they could not in fact do it in time, but it happened to us twice in a row. We searched for a fast turnaround printer and came up with RushOrderTees. I called to get in touch with someone and they picked up right away, which was pretty awesome. I hate dialing through to eventually get to an operator that sends me to a representative. They just picked up right off the bat.
Thank you guys. The shirts were fantastic and the team couldn't believe that we got it done. I'll reach out when our next event comes up, I'm not going to mess around with other printers anymore.
