Placed an order for a black t-shirt with writing. When I reviewed the order, the color showed white. Owen was very efficient and courteous, and revised the order for me!

I had an issue with the shirt I ordered had a piece of the image scratched with the shirt showing through. Contacted customer service and got a response that day with them replacing it.

The customer service chat person Jacelyn was great. They answered all of my questions promptly, set everything up, explained the whole process of what was going on, and even sent the link to pay for everything when everything was all said and done. They went WAY above and beyond the other companies that I have been talking to all morning. I did find a little cheaper prices, when I had to purchase more items (which I did not need), but this is the only place that would fulfill the order that I needed, without the headache of having to bulk order for stuff that I did not need, and did it EXCEPTIONALLY!
