Luke did a fantastic job being able to design a shirt using a picture of a shirt and a file that did not have a transparency. He was so kind and very quick to respond. He was very professional and polite.
I love your service - and the ability to only order one or two shirts (even with super custom designs like artwork on the sleeve) - this is unique and much appreciated. On top of that, Luke was a GREAT customer service representative - he supported me through the entire process and was all around very helpful and attentive. I could not have done it without him - THANK YOU for everything - I'll definitely be back!

Tyler H was very helpful in answering my questions. I wanted to order 2 different shirts in small but wanted to make sure the sizing was accurate. He informed me that one shirt was accurate, but I should order 2 sizes up in another because it was a "Junior Cut." This was very helpful information for me.

I chatted with Luke L about logo positioning on a hat. At length, I explained the proper positioning to have the logo somewhat centered. He recapped and got my direction correct on the first go around. Yay!

The website was easy to use, and I can tell that they cleaned up the image I submitted. I've used other custom apparel design sites and they would turn out pixely or the colors wouldn't look as pigmented as I'd like. This turned out incredible!

I entered the wrong address on my time-sensitive order. I only discovered that because I got a text saying it was shipped. (I also got an email, but it went into my junk folder, si I would've missed that!) I clicked the tracking button and saw the wrong address. I used the chat and Justyne K rapidly fixed the problem. It was awesome!

So I went cheap on a mesh snapback and the logo was printed a little smaller than i'd like. They fixed the logo, made it larger, and gave me the option for a super nice NIKE HAT! So stoked! THANKS TEAM!

Had a GREAT experience with Rush Order Tees, especially working with Tyler! He was able to work with me to finalize the design when I was having computer issues, helped me find a work around when my manager needed a sample shirt before ordering, and got me a great deal! Order placed Saturday 9/3, "promised" proofs would be available in a few days.
No proofs by Tuesday, promised for Wednesday.
No proofs by Wednesday, promised for Thursday.
No proofs Thursday orimised for Friday.
No proofs Friday called again Saturday 9/10. Was told no designers working, promised they would contact me today Monday 9/12 in the morning... nobody contacted me.
Spoke on customer "live chat" first guy cut me off, the second guy wouldnt answer why all the proevious people had lied and why noone had contacted me, gave a stock answer that the T design proof and delivery are "subject to their production schedule"
The guarantee is therefor worthless. Sure I dont pay for something I dont get, but thats not the issue... the issue is, we depended on these guys, they let us down, disappointed everyone in our group, and there is nothing I can do about it, and its now too late to get the Ts elsewhere.
I had a special request of color combo I couldn't find on the website and Tyler found it, created a quote for me, answered all my questions-- was knowledgable, courteous, timely and super super helpful. Thanks Tyler!

As a 1st time orderer, I was thinking my two separate orders would ship together. After seeing one was marked shipped and the other has not, I messaged them. Glad I did because I although I was getting my order in the time frame that was expected on their end, it wasn't going to be here in time for me to hand them out at my event this weekend. Well, Luke L. Saved the day with his quick responses and moved my order up to be delivered in time for me to package them nicely for this weekends event. :) (This was unexpected as it was my fault as I could have ordered them sooner or choose the faster shipping options.)

I recently ordered a hoodie and it is just great! The colors pop and I'm not saying the colors that I picked, I'm saying the way it's produced makes the colors really stand out well. The quality though is a little low, the drawstrings are thin and the end of the sleeve is a little weird. Also, this might have been my fault, but the text was supposed to be a Metallic text but when I got it, it was not. But as I said before, it might have been my fault and I am really happy with everything including the service. I appreciate that they really take time to understand the problem and fix it to the best of their abilities. Thank you so much!
