Rush Order Tees is overall an amazing company for all things - so far within 2+ years of ordering apparel from here, I had no issues at all with quality of customer service or the quality of the products! Shoutout to Josh Ferra who is my go-to person for specialty orders - the overall staff is great as well.

I ordered custom shirt with a photo of my dog and text from a photo. The HD Printing in the shirt is incredibly high quality and exceeded my expectations for how large the photo is on the shirt. There is NO pixelation or blurriness (the original photo was slightly blurry from my dogs movement).

I could not be happier with this company! They provided awesome customer service and the shirts turned out amazing! I even mispelled names on the back of my shirts and the company replaced them free of charge! I could not be happier with this company! Order from them and you will not be disappointed!

This was my second experiance with rush order tees and they dont miss. I needed two extra hoodies while they were in the process of producing my order and they added it over the chat on the website in seconds with very little information or work on my part. The agent who talked to me was super polite and helpful. I will continue to use this company in the future!

I ordered and received a single shirt with a picture print and text. The text and shirt color sort of washed each other out and I asked RushOrderTees's customer service what could be done. The quick reply was a friendly offer to remake the shirt with different colors at no charge. I selected the new colors and submitted, but a small, weird, blobby section of the print I uploaded was missing and they asked if I could reupload. I tried from different browsers and computers, but it failed on my end, so I sent them the original with dimensions and asked if they were able to add the print on their end.
They added the print with no issues and submitted to me for approval. The new shirt was printed, sent and received in a few days and looks outstanding!

I ordered two t-shirts with two different names on them. They came with both names the same. They did correct their mistake but they charged me for the corrected shrit. After a phone call with them they refunded my money.
Luke went out of his way for over an hour to help edit my photoshop file and make it clear to be able to print correctly. He sent me great instructions to help me and try and do it myself and when I still couldn't figure it out, he stepped in and did it for me. He was seriously awesome, I am very very appreciative!

I had low expectations going into the quality of the jersey I custom ordered but when I received it I was more than impressed. The Quality was great, the colors weren't faded or dull it looked exactly how I wanted it.

Ordered 120 sweatpants and 120 sweatshirts. Only received the sweatpants. Luke is helping me and hope he comes through but I paid for expedited shipping so I better get the full order on time for my event. I hate being a "Karen" but we are talking about a $6k order!

I ordered a custom shirt with some special graphics for an event. The graphics were PERFECT and the shirt was "heavy duty" - meaning it wasn't flimsy and I can tell it will hold up over time. Very pleased! Will use Rush Order Tees in the future!

Love that I was able to create my own design. The website was very easy to use. My group was very happy with the number of hoodie colors to chose from. Shipping was fast and the overall quality of the hoodies was amazing. Thank you rushordertees!

I wanted a custom shirt for a specific occasion on a specific date. The shirt was terribly expensive because I wanted only one shirt, $32.32 for one shirt with a photo and one word under the photo. I needed it by Friday, on the shipping options there was an option "Guarantee delivery by Friday" for $21.99 extra. Now I'm at $54.31 for one shirt delivered by Friday. Friday rolls around, late in the day and I start to worry so I log in to track the package and their website actually says that the order is on time for guaranteed delivery on Monday. What kind of nonsense is that? I have the email to prove the Friday guarantee - and they certainly took my money. I call the tollfree number, nobody answers. I called 5 more times over the next hour, nobody there but they wanted me to leave a voicemail. Rush Order Tees has poor practices and non-existent customer service.
I didn't receive a confirmation email so I wasn't sure if I had even ordered or not. I got ahold of Luke and told him what was going on and got me the answered I needed. Thank you Luke keep up the good work.
