Excellent - so easy to pick a style and custom design a shirt. The website was very easy to navigate. I called a day after my order was submitted to make a slight change, they were so helpful and accommodating and the shirt came out perfect!

I had never used RushOrderTees before, but the designer tool is SUPER easy to use and understand. When I had questions about my pricing, I got immediate support via chat, and both Angel and Luke were incredibly helpful! Luke in particular was super knowledgable and answered my questions easily. And, it may seem small, but when I was transferred to him for help, he was able to just read the previous messages – I didn't have to explain my issue all over again. It's a smooth system, and both the process and the staff honor customer service!

I just want to say thank you to Luke L for looking into my order placed early Feb. After about two weeks, one begins to wonder about the status. I gave Luke the order number and he quickly reached out to the proper company representative for the status. The update was music to my ears as the order is shipping immediately and Luke even provided the tracking number. Very timely as I want to wear the item to a baskeball game in five days. Thank you again Luke for giving me comfort.

Thid time was the charm. After leaving a couple reviews I was contacted by their customer service rep who wanted to fix the problem. She was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. A new CORRECT order was received within a couple of day and everything was right.
First time I received my order they forgot to put the design on the back of shirt so I had to send back. When I received my new order the front design (left chest logo) was crooked and some shirts the logo was to far center. Frustrated to say the least
I just drove over to the printfly facility to pick up my order of shirts! What a cool place! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They instructed me to sit in the waiting room while I waited for them to bring out to me my shirts. The waiting room had a really cool graffiti artwork on the wall with comfy couches and chairs. My sales rep greeted me with my shirts. It is really nice to get to meet the people who you trust to take care of your order. My shirts came out perfect and I can't wait to place another order!

I had an issue with my file not printing the way I wanted it to and the online options were not helpful. I enlisted the chat line and Geraldine assisted in changing the options of the file so it would print the way I wanted it to. She was very helpful and quick to fit the issue

Wanted to order shirts and hats for my husband and I for an Alopecia Walk at the end of the month. Was having trouble with the site and accessing live chat on my desktop. I ended up placing an order I wasn't completely happy with, but with timing, it had to be done. I then never received a confirmation. Was finally able to connect with Chat on my laptop and had the pleasure of having Luke help me. He was able to help me confirm my order, discovered that my email was incorrect and got it corrected, helped me with the quantity of hats I actually wanted and saved me money from ordering more than I needed. He also helped me verify the design for my shirts. Very helpful. Great, friendly customer service is hard to come by these days. I very much appreciate the effort put in to help me. I ordered a sweatshirt with a custom design; the design and quality of the shirt they sent were very good, except the size was too big. Their excellent customer service promptly sent the same shirt one size smaller so I was very pleased with that. However, I was disappointed with the placement of the text on both sleeves despite my trying to be explicit with my request to have the text on the outside of the sleeve. The finished product had the text on the inside of the sleeve.
While I was disappointed with the text placement on both sleeves, I would still recommend RushOrderTees but would advise customers to call if there are any explicit requests.

Worst t-shirt company I have ever ordered from. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been more unhappy with an order I've placed for my agency than when dealing with RushOrder Tees. They sent me the completely wrong color shirt and refuse to make it right at no cost, but want me to pay again. Impossible to get ahold of their customer service reps. I've been waiting 2 weeks to talk to someone about this order and when they finally emailed me back, they are out of office. Complete crap. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will warn on every site I can.
***After I left several reviews of this company, a member of their service team reached out to me and completely made everything right and sent me the corrected order at no cost. He was very helpful, understanding and kind about the situation. Will use again if dealing with this same representative.
From the web-site to design to placing the order. It is amazing how your team has really done a great job making the process as easy as ordering a Big Mac at a drive up window. The only difference is the product from Rush Order Tees exceeds ones expectations, not like the Big Mac...

An otherwise nice shirt was ruined and is now trash in my opinion due to the improper placement of the American flag. Because the flag was placed on the BACK of the shirt sleeve instead of the side of the sleeve, the flag is now backward. As an Army veteran, I cannot wear the shirts with the flag backward. I suggest that if you are going to offer to print American flags on shirts for people that you take the time to understand the proper way of doing so.

Wonderful customer service, which sadly, is rare these days... The hoodie I ordered came and the logo transfer was perfect. The problem was the 'hoodie' portion (head) was almost a 'small size'. I could hardly get it over my head. Rush Order Tees responded to my request quickly and asked for a picture. I sent one and they offered to send me a new hoodie with the same logo, They sent it (at no cost to me) and the hoodie portion was fine this time. Great product and even better customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
