I re-ordered long sleeve tshirts and hoodies for our maple business. Once I checked out I realized I never changed the hoodie color to the same as the t-shirts. Your associate Luke was super helpful in pulling up my order and changing the hoodie color for me. It was quick (less than 5 minutes) and he got the job done and send me a new invoice asap.
Your products are great - our customers will be happy to own one of your products come maple season.
The shirt was made exactly as I requested. It was perfect. And arrived on time. Only issue was I wore it once and the custom number on the sleeve was peeling off. I only requested them to advise me on how I could fix it and they offered to send a replacement. What awesome customer service. And they responded in less than a day. I was looking to order a sweatshirt and I am going get it from rush order tees. Thanks!

My daughter is an artist and one particular sketch that she drew is in a big art exhibit in Boston. I wanted to surprise her with it on the back of a white hoodie and I am beyond amazed of how fantastic they came out! The quality of the hoodie is excellent also.

We are a 501C3 with limited funds, and these Ts and jerseys were critical to the success of my inaugural event yesterday. Everyone LOVED the jerseys I was able to create with the simple design process! The volunteers commented their t-shirts were soft and comfortable and the heather purple is a beautiful shade. Most importantly, I appreciate the extra work required on their part to patiently work out a solution in the 11th hour. My concerns were met with kindness and I felt valued as a person throughout the entire experience.

Print on t-shirt had been double printed. The two prints were not aligned. Couldn't read the wording. Somehow it got all the way through the shipping process and delivered. I let them know and they are in the process of reproduction. They were very understanding.
In a building full of real people, human error can happen. We stand by our prints and are always happy to correct our mistakes, thank you for the opportunity to make it right as well as for the lovely feedback
Worst customer service in this country! Hateful, rude, unprofessional. Female who answered the phone was horrible. Late and dishonest about delivery. Shirts were unisex and listed as women shirts. Do not care about the customer. I hope the American Citizens read this. This company is a disgrace to business. They have a chat app on their website no one ever answers. They have a client pay for express but cant get the product to them at specified time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They need to go out of business. THE WORST CARE OF A CUSTOMER. Rude, disgraceful, unprofessional, inconsiderate the worst example of business gone wrong.

As a professional embroiderer, I expected this company to know what they were doing, however, they got the request entirely wrong. The military style American flag on the right shoulder was elbow high and too tiny. The rear logo was too tiny and low, while the front logo was too huge.
I was able to chat with a rep and get all the information I needed. When I accidentally closed the screen, Tianna W got me transferred to Luke L and was very kind in the process. Thank you for great customer service.

One of the shirts I ordered developed a hole in it after only wearing it a few times. I discussed it with Customer Support and they took care of the problem immediately and sent me a replacement. Great customer service!

I ordered a sweatshirt scheduled to be delivered November 22nd and unfortunately was not able to fulfilled due to an issue with UPS. RushOrderTees went above and beyond to get my item prepared and ready to be sent out and although I did not receive my sweatshirt in time they refunded my shipping to me and communicated with me every step of the way. Their customer service is simply unmatched and I am happy to say my sweatshirt was in fact delivered today and the quality is amazing. It is everything I expected and more. On top of that they asked me to email them if my sweatshirt was not delivered by the end of the day and that they would make a new one and get it sent out asap in case my original sweatshirt was lost. This tee is exactly how i wanted it, i ordered the same tee from two other places and the colors were off and the printing was off and not what i wanted. So this is perfect and i can iron on a Bears logo under the printing
